Addendum to earlier response from Precision. FYI, we did not have to replace our garage springs as they are fine (our garage door is used only sporadically), It was a lift belt that broke because adjustments weren't made to the springs. The belt was replaced at a fraction of the cost by another vendor and all works great now.
Andy came out to fix a broken spring on our garage door. I appreciate that Precision was able to help us quickly, and they have Andy as an employee as he is extremely professional. He knows his stuff! Really wish all of our home repair services could run as smoothly, simply, and professionally as this experience!

Great overall experience. The technicians were very professional. They explained everything in easy to understand terminology for the average homeowner with less to no experience of the process. Responsive and responsible team. Everything went smoothly and as planned. Above all, prices were reasonable and technician helped to ensure we stayed within budget without compromising our desires.
My garage door opener just died. I called Precision at 9 and they were here by 12:15 and replaced everything and everything is so nice. Scotty was the bomb and has ALOT of experience and that is very comforting. Super easy to deal with and listened to our concerns and did a fantastic job. Very pleased.
Excellent all around! I booked an appointment online for a few days later and ended up calling them shortly after to see if we could have same day service. They were able to accommodate me just 2 hours after this phone call! Scotty came out and explained the issue and how to resolve it. It took him maybe 20 minutes to fix everything and he was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and speedy. HIGHLY recommend Precision for your garage door needs - I was floored with how quick and easy the process was and will call them for any future needs.
We had to replace our 40 year old wood garage door and after several estimates decided to go with this company. Once we met with the sales guy we learned that styles of items on their website where not items they carried so we had to settle for something different. It works, but we don't love it. Once the door was installed we had to get them out twice to stop the door from leaking into the garage. They never actually fixed it to where it's not leaking.my 40 year old garage door that was rotting out NEVER leaked. But my fancy new expensive door leaks like a sieve. I'm very disappointed.
I called Precision Garage Door of Holly Springs after another company bailed on me last minute. Not only was the service fee $20 cheaper than the other company but they also gave me a quick response scheduling an appointment within 2 hours of my call on the same day. Scotty Johnson showed up and did a fantastic job getting the broken spring fixed in my garage. Not only was he right on time he was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He took the time to explain to me the different parts of the garage door mechanism and even helped rewire my garage sensors. Scotty was very personable and out of all the repairs and things I have had done over the years this one was the best all around, thanks for your help buddy!
I had a fantastic experience with Precision! From scheduling a technician to come out to assess our situation to ordering a new door to interacting with the office staff around rearranging the schedule and ensuring that I receive a window that works for me, every person I interacted with provided excellent service -- hands-down!! The technicians who came to install the door system were awesome. Chris's crew was courteous, knowledgeable, helpful, and overall very friendly. After the install, I was contacted the next day just to make sure everything went OK and I received an email of my final receipt. It has been an extremely long time since I have received such outstanding customer service from start to finish. Cannot give enough stars !

I could not go on the QR codes either because I don't have Gmail....I called Precision at 3:30 on Thursday evening to schedule an appt for the spring to be fixed because they installed our garage door and did an excellent jobs...They were able to send someone the same evening...Or Technician Michael Ottosen came out at 7pm and did an amazing job...He was very professional and my husband was very impressed with him...So Thank you Michael for job well done!!!! I highly recommend Precision Garage Door Services and Tom Botts in particular. Tom made the repairs to my garage door in a courteous and professional manner. One part was not immediately available but he took the time to drive to the warehouse to get it, drove back here, and was completed in record time. Purchased a door that they said was in stock. On the day of installation no one showed up or called. When I called they then said the door was not in stock and it would be another 4-6 weeks to get it in. Their communication is terrible. Will take my business elsewhere.

I was very pleased with the new door service I received. The Haas door was a major improvement over our original door and it looks great. The sales rep, John Lefevre was really helpful and spent a lot of time going over all the options and had samples to show as well. I thought the price was also very reasonable and highly competitive with other companies that I received quotes from. The installers, Jaxon and Brian were quick, professional and friendly. There was a small deposit and I was able to pay the balance on credit card when the job was finished. They were even able to make some last minute additions for some decorative features so very accommodating. I would definitely highly recommend them.
I couldn't submit via the QR code I was given, so I'll try here. The spring on our garage door broke on a Friday evening, so we called Precision for a repair. They were able to send someone by Sunday. Andy was the technician. He was affable and competent. He did a good job of explaining our repair options (which were a little pricey), and had the installation completed quickly. Five stars for him. This company had previously installed an opener for us. Good quality work there too, albeit a bit pricey. But less so than the alternative company I called.

Horrible. Technician threatened me with a $75 fee if I didn't agree to pay $320+ to fix my door coming off the track. I can almost fix the issue with my bare hands, this is not a $300+ repair. Technician has no sense of customer service and really aught not to be in the business of dealing with customers at all, but he's good at service fee extortion. Read other reviews and call anyone but this company.

John, the Precision sales rep, reviewed our current door setup. He then presented us with a wide array of door styles and options. He recommended replacing our functional screw drive opener with a more modern opener for less wear-and-tear on the new door, as well as quieter operation. The price for totally overhauling our garage door system was awesome, completely reasonable. As an added benefit, we were able to pay the down payment (and final payment) by credit card, on site. While we had to wait for the door to be manufactured, the installation occurred well within the time frame expectation that John had set. Shane, our installer, was the best. He was on time and single-handedly removed, packed away and cleaned up the old door/hardware and installed the new door, hardware, and opener. The door is beautiful. The opener, springs, and new tracks provide whisper-quiet opening and closing. Shane reviewed the various aspects of the new door system, leaving a can of lubricant for an annual touchup as well as all the opener remotes we could possibly use, including an outside keypad (that he installed). When we noticed a few minor "touchup" issues, Shane offered to come out the next day (Saturday). Since the issues were minor, we agreed that the following week would be fine. Shane was out first thing Monday morning, issues resolved. 5 stars, no question: a door and opener that exceed our expectations; tremendous pricing; excellent people - both on the sales end and the installation end; and outstanding service. My only regret is that I didn't call Precision 10 years ago. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door.

Went great! Greg was very professional and knowledgeable. He checked all (3) garage doors and only one needed a balance and tune up (the broken one).
