Paul came to look at my old garage door. Sadly, it wasn't a candidate for minor repairs. I thought he was definitely a pro with plenty of knowledge. I have ordered a new door, something I knew was going to happen sooner or later. Castle did a repair on my garage door opener several months ago, so I knew I'd have someone trustworthy to work with. Update: A new garage door was installed 1/16 by Matthew. He really did a fabulous job. It looks so much better and definitely keeps more of the cold air out of the garage.

Paul did a check on my opener and door to check for issues with the operation of both. He was knowledgeable about my opener and the issues that are happening with it and the door. Advised me of options and help me determine next steps. I appreciated the prompt call back from Jake to set up the visit as well. You can tell these guys appreciate customers and are looking out for you.

My appointment for a garage door replacement was scheduled for between 8-10 am. Ryan called a little after 8 and showed up around 8:30 am. He was very pleasant, answered my questions, dismantled the old door and installed the new door with opener in just under 6 hours. He did good work, the new door looks and works great, and he swept up after himself, including a bunch of leaves that I hadn't swept up. I paid him and he left, giving me time to feed the cats on time. I am very pleased with the result.

I contacted castle about getting two new garage doors. Matt Zallar came out and gave me a proposal. He was very knowledgeable and upfront about the process and pricing. I chose to go with insulated doors which had to be ordered so it was about a 3 week wait. Once they came in Matt came back out and installed the both doors as well as new openers. He did a fantastic job and had it done in a few hours. I'm extremely pleased with the doors, it's been about 4 month and I've had zero issues. The insulated doors work very well and I noticed a drastic difference in the heat retention even in the colder weather. I definitely recommend Castle Garage to anyone looking to get a premium garage door setup that looks and function great. Matt was very professional and did a great job on the install.

Matt and Paul were scheduled to come between 12 and 2. I received a call at 12 that they would be here in 10 minutes and they arrived on schedule. We introduced ourselves, the guys were very personable. They were professionally dressed, identifying the company they represented with a business card and gave me the fee for the visit. They immediately identified the problems the door presented and came up with a fix and informed me it would all be covered in the service fee. I asked Matt to show me how to reset the exterior opener, which was not working when the guys arrived. He explained step by step to set the code. He made the lesson very easy for me to replicate. When I initially called to make the service appointment, I spoke to Jacob, he explained to me what the service charge fee would be and let me know that the company changed names from the company that originally installed the garage door and opener. We set the date and time. This company delivered exactly what they promised to do. I totally recommend this company for garage door and opener services.

I had a great experience with Castle Doors. They were easy to work with and accommodating with my scheduling taking into account my concerns that the house would be wide open without the door. Installation went smoothly. Ryan did a great job installing the door. He kept things neat and clean and even wiped down the door when he finished. The door looks great and improves the look of the home. Thank you Castle Garage Doors! Update- I received compliments on the improvement the garage door has done to the look of my house. Matthew was a great technician to talk to. He was very informative and answered all my questions. I was so impressed with all his knowledge that I have decided to go with Castle Garage to install my new garage door. Matt did an awesome job. He explained everything about opening and closing the door and also how to spray the silicone on the rails and rollers. I don't have enough words to say how polite and great he is.

I had them install a genie garage door opener 2 years ago. They did a great job and the unit worked beautifully. Today, for some reason it stopped and I could not get it to work regardless of my efforts to re-program the unit. I called them after 5:00 PM, left a message and within 10 minutes I received a call. I explained the "symptoms" and within 20 seconds the gentleman told me to check the sensors at the bottom of the door. Sure enough, a tarp had slipped and covered one of the sensors. I removed the tarp and the unit functioned like new!! I told him I had struggled on my own for an hour prior to my call. What a blessing to get a call from someone who actually knows what they're doing! great company!!

So I spent a year being cheap and trying to fix my garage door on my own and even hiring a couple of "handy man" over a course of the year I spent 80 percent more then Scott charged me to fix it right! I am absolutely thrilled with the job he did!

Scott showed up right on time, explained clearly and thoroughly what it would take to get the garage door opener working properly, program two remotes, and install the sensors that the system needed. He was done in about an hour and our new-to-us home now has a working garage door with remotes. I couldn't be happier and would happily recommend Scott to anyone needing assistance with their garage door opener. I especially appreciate his incredible knowledge of the industry in general and that he didn't try to push a new, replacement system instead of fixing what we have.
