Davis was recommended to us by our neighbors in our community. Dom came out the same day and replaced our springs in under an hour and the price was great compared to other quotes we got. Dom was extremely personable and professional and we will definitely use Davis again. Great job, Dom.

Called on Saturday regarding a broken spring. Call back from Davis first thing Monday AM to let me know they have a 12-4 window for the same day. Tech called in advance, arrived at 1pm, done in 45"! Friendly, professional. (and Chris was patient, as I usually ask technical questions out of pure curiosity, which he answered happily). PS: please make sure the "man-door" is clear and easy to access for them to make everyone's life easier, and speed up the process).

In the last month and a half, I have had to call Davis Door twice for 2 different problems with my shop doors. Being a 2 Bay shop, when 1 door is broke, it puts a hurting on getting repairs done. Both times i have called, they came out ASAP for me to keeps us running. Thank you for all you do for me. It is the reason I have used you for over 20 years. My twenty year old electric garage door stopped working, so I called Davis Door two weeks ago. Chris, the repairman, tried several fixes--replacing some wiring, replacing the capacitor, and replacing the motor. Unfortunately, nothing resolved the issue. Chris advised me that I needed a new opener. I cringed as I asked what that would cost me. Imagine my surprise when he quoted me under five hundred dollars installed! Chris returned today, replaced my opener with a state-of-the-art system that has an exterior keypad, an app on my phone, and links to my car's system as well, and was cleaned up in just about forty-five minutes. Chris and Davis Door could have taken advantage of me, but they didn't. I highly recommend Davis Door and repairman Chris.

I am a single mom who has used Davis Door for a decade. Today, Neil installed two beautiful garage doors. He helped me pick out the color, and I am just thrilled with them. They make my 30 year old home look brand new! The price with Davis Door is always more than fair, and their work is impeccable. The office personnel are super nice, and the people who come out are always on time, super nice, and know what they're doing. HIGHLY recommend!

My entire experience with David Door was excellent. They installed two new doors, and two new openers. Tina, the office manager, is wonderful to work with. She's very kind, helpful, professional and responsive. Chris, the installer, is outstanding with his experience, professionalism, and attention to detail. I commend everyone at Davis Door for a job well done. I'll be utilizing their service in the future and referring anyone in need of a garage door service. I highly recommend them.

The company was very pleasant and professional. I spoke with Gina and she scheduled the repair with Zach. Zach came out same day for the springs so that I could get my car out of the garage. They were punctual, friendly, and fair. Zach special ordered the exterior seal to match the garage doors and he returned to replace that too. They are honest and easy to work with. Services Rendered: Replaced tension springs in 16ft. door and also replaced exterior seal around two garage doors

They went our of their way to replace a 19 year old opener motor on warranty for free. We needed a new motor and were willing to buy a new one, Zack asked if we had the bill of sale since it had a lifetime warranty. We had it., They got with the company, brought in the motor which they normally don't carry and replaced it for a small labor charge. Terrific customer service! My project home needed a complete garage door. I called another company that had done work for me in the past and they gave me a verbal quote. Davis door came and evaluated what was needed, price they quoted was over $400 less. They installed the door, opener, keypad and got my car on the system. PLEASE call them for any garage door work, they are professional, knowledgeable and honest on the job needs.

I actually enjoyed dealing with this company! The phone was answered by a friendly and helpful woman who asked about my needs and scheduled me at the earliest possible date for a basic "check-up" and "tune-up". The service tech arrived on time. He examined everything and patiently showed me what he was going to do and explained why. I did not feel as though he were rushing to get on to the next job, but rather that he cared about my understanding and satisfaction. I basically just needed a hinge adjusted and a thorough lubrication of all springs and hinges. As a senior-age woman, I appreciate that a company does not try to sell me parts and services that I do not need. Plus, I appreciate being treated with respect. The service call cost me $70 and was well worth my peace of mind!

We were in need of two new garage door openers and called the Friday before the holiday weekend. They did not try to "over" sell me and steered me from something I thought I needed by explaining the pros and cons. Sure enough they were out on Tuesday and had them both installed and provided good insight into the the garage doors and how to maintain them. In sum, I would recommend them and am considering buying new doors to replace doors that have seen better days over 30 years ago.

Called Davis Door and scheduled for the next day ( would have preferred they came immediately), but I guess they were scheduled for the day. Neil came as scheduled the following day. Knew what the problem was and fixed it in 20 minutes. He took the time to explain the problem was. Neil was very professional, friendly and courteous. Services Rendered: garage door was stuck opened and would not close.

It went outstanding as usual. They're honest fair very good and timely. I've recommended them to several family members and friends and wouldn't hesitate to do again. Davis Door is outstanding! Highly recommended. Services Rendered: Davis has been out to our place before and they've replaced springs on our garage door, fixed various things and this last time they simply came out and replaced a few bolts that had been lost. This morning I couldn't open my garage door and called them and within two hours they were here. He came and fixed my door and it only took about an hour. I can't believe how fast it was fixed.
