Google5Phenomenal experience with Elevate Garage Door Company. My garage door would not open. I called and spoke with Billy at 2:00 pm on a Friday. He asked if it was an emergency which it was not as my cars were not in the garage. He asked which would be better for me, Friday at 6:00 pm or Saturday morning, for him to repair it. He arrived at 5:45 pm, replaced the broken spring, did a routine maintenance on the entire garage door and fixed my non-working garage door opener. The customer service was incredible. The workmanship was great and the fee's are very reasonable. Billy is extremely personable and knowledgeable and will explain everything to you. I highly recommend Elevate Garage Door Company

Google5Billy was very professional. He provided me with options, gave his professional opinion, and did a quality repair. He provided me things to be mindful of for the future. I felt his pricing was very fair and never felt pressured into any decisions. I will continue to use his services in the future and encourage others to do the same.

Google5I had a fantastic experience with Elevate. Billy was communicative, available sooner than I expected, gave me an estimate right away, and was able to schedule the installation at a convenient time for me. He was prompt in responding to email. He installed two new openers and replaced a spring on one of our doors. The service was reasonably priced and we're very happy with the result.

Google5My experience with Elevate Garage Door Co. was excellent. Billy, the repairman, explained what needed to be done and continually asked if I had any questions. Once the work was completed he demonstrated how the garage door opener worked and asked if I had any additional concerns. The replacement was completed in a timely and professional manner. I highly recommend this company!

Google5Elevate Garage Door Company met and exceeded my needs! My garage door tracks had been bent in from something hitting it. We could not open/close the door without pushing on it and possibly causing more damage. Consequently, we were not able to use our garage. When we called late in the afternoon on a Friday, they said they could come out the next morning to give me a quote. The person who arrived was prompt, polite, and professionally dressed. He provided me with information on what was wrong and how they were going to fix it. The quote was excellent and they were able to fix things right then. I would use this company again and highly recommend them.

Yelp5Billy was a consummate professional and was very easy to work with my schedule. He replaced the seal on the bottom of the door, lubed up all the rollers/springs, and gave me some advice to keep the door in good shape. 5/5 would use again.

Google5Really happy with my decision to call Elevate Garage Door Co for my garage door spring repair. Called on a Sunday (football) evening and Billy answered immediately and discussed with me my repair and his availability. He was able to come the very next day and was very communicative about everything. He talked to us about some pieces that may also need attention and fixed everything for us in a timely manner. His communication, expertise and professionalism were phenomenal. Highly recommend.

Google5My experience with Elevate Garage Door was amazing! After calling for a quote they kindly talked me through their products, I had many questions through the entire process they were happy to answer, and never seemed bothered, like some other service providers I've dealt with. Bill always replied in a timely manner, was prompt, knowledgeable, and professional. I would 100% recommend them to my friends and family, without hesitation!

Angi5It could not have gone ANY better. The company standards are above any experiences I have ever had with other contractors. I would give them 100 percent PLUS from start to finish in my expectation of any contractor doing this any better. GIVE THEM A CHANCE TO MAKE YOUR DAY BETTER !
