I wanted a garage door "tune-up" because it seemed to be sticking occasionally, so I called Rickenbacher Door Company. I was able to make an appointment with them to come out at the start of the next week. The owner, Jason, came out with one of his staff, and they balanced the springs of my garage door, lubricated the joints, and helped me install a wireless garage door opener hub! Jason was incredibly professional, and he taught me where the door needed lubrication. When he helped me install the wireless garage door opener hub, he secured the wire with dry wall staples and showed me the features of his DeWalt gyroscopic screwdriver (which I found and bought for myself!). Jason only invoiced me for the standard call charge. I will definitely call Rickenbacher Door Company the next time I need servicing for my garage door!

We had 2 springs on our garage door break and when I called in the morning, they said possibly in the afternoon. At noon I got a call they would be out within the hour. They showed up and fixed the door all by 1:30 the same day! Great service. Very timely. Very reasonably priced. Jack and Jason are professional and care about doing the job right. I highly recommend them for any repair or replacement of your door. It's nice to deal with a family owned company that does it right

We called them when our garage door spring broke. We had called around and got quotes literally three times what they charged and/or companies that straight out refused to give quotes without coming out (and charging us). Their receptionist was professional and helpful, and promised us a call back (which was promptly made). They came over same afternoon, were totally up front with what they would charge us, and fixed it in about half an hour. We cannot recommend them enough.

Rickenbacher Door Did an excellent job on my garage door opener replacement. Jason came out probably within several hours of me calling the company to assess my current problem. And when it was discovered my problem was not worth fixing they were able to put in my new door opener that same morning. Very professional and knowledgeable.

Our garage door quit working this morning after I pulled into the garage. My husband called Jason, and Jack Whited was here within minutes of our call. Jack replaced two springs and some bolts and had the door working again before noon. He was both courteous and efficient. We highly recommend this company because of the quality of their prompt service, their professionalism and congenial personnel.

From the first phone call I was impressed by Rickenbacher Door. Jason came over the same day to take a look at the damage. He talked me through the options for a new door as well as offered to fix the damaged one. We decided to get a new one and an opener since it looked older than me. He had an opening within two days and the gentleman who came out to do the work, Dan, was just as friendly, responsive, and professional as Jason. We've had tons of work done on our house since we bought it in April this year, and Rickenbacher Door is by far the most professional. Cost seemed good too. A+ Services Rendered: New garage door, assembly, and opener with keypad.

Jason with Rickenbacher Door Co. responded personally to my phone call to his company. He was out the same afternoon, even making a trip back to his shop to pick up the required parts in order to have my repair completed the same day. He didn't try to sell me a new door (even though my existing one is 25 years old), but suggested installing some new parts to keep my current door operating smoothly. I made the mistake of going with a company that seemed to be offering "competitive" pricing (not much lower than what Jason offered, but I took a risk) and ended up with a sticky note on my garage door that said "need new door opener." Needless to say, I immediately called Jason and apologized for picking someone else and he was extremely professional. He explains his pricing, services, and time frames very clearly and gets the work done exactly when and how he says he will. I am beyond pleased with my experience and would recommend Rickenbacher Door to anyone!

I won't call anyone else. Services Rendered: The door would not open but opener was running. He stopped by in passing to an appointment and re-engaged whatever thingy wasn't working and said wasn't anything worth charging me as he was down the street.

He advised how I can maintain noisy operation without calling. Prompt, honest, professional. Completed apx 45min. Services Rendered: Garage door was screeching loudly and thumping upon open and closing. Jason did maintenance to rails and wheels and balanced the door, also installed an outside access keypad.
