Great experience. Our garage door failed, and we needed new springs installed. We called and made an appointment for 8 am on a Saturday morning. Capital Overhead Doors showed up early, and got to work right away. Fifteen minutes later, my garage door was fixed, tested, and working properly. Great experience, great price. I would highly recommend John and his business to anyone in the market for a garage door opener. He installed a lift master garage door opening system for me and his customer service is outstanding. After he installed the system he clearly explained how to troubleshoot. This summer, when I pushed the wrong button and caused the system to malfunction, I called him for help. The next day he was at my house and fixed the problem very quickly.
Like others have reported, it was a pleasure dealing with these guys. Left a message for a needed repair on garage door last evening and they came first thing this morning and fixed it promptly. I called and they responded so quickly! The guys were at my house within 15- 30 minutes. They fixed several issues with a broken pulley on one side and replaced the other older springs within no time at all. And as always, they are super friendly. Such a great company!
