Called on Tuesday- they came Wednesday afternoon assessed the problem and fixed it. Jamie(?) answered the phone and was so pleasant and helpful - also very reasonably priced which I appreciated. I am happy to have been able to support a local business .

My car was being held hostage in my garage after the cable snapped. I called Empire this morning and they were the only local business that got back to me quickly (Thank you Shannon!) and were able to get a service person out to my house as the last appointment of the day! Graham was professional and told me what he needed to repair and he did a great job. Empire I wholehearted thank you for getting here on such short notice! I will be sure to recommend you to family and friends!!!

Well it was a long time coming but we finally got our new garage door and opener. My experience with Empire and the professional installer was just excellent. Satisfied just doesn't cover it. Elated, ecstatic and just plain happy with everything. From the office personnel to the installer, professional and caring. Well worth the money!!! I would recommend Empire to anyone looking for service of this type. You will be happy you picked them!!!

They installed the overhead garage doors yesterday, and we are completely satisfied with both the products (2 doors), and the installation. It took a good portion of the day for him to take out the old doors and install the new ones, openers, keypads, but I couldn't have done it in a week. They were pleasant, competent, and did a wonderful job installing a quality product. I highly recommend them!

Great Experience with excellent customer service! Vanessa was always so helpful on the phone and the folks I never got to meet who came to do the estimate and the installation were awesome. They even showed up on a snowy miserable day to get the scheduled work done. The whole process was easy and seamless and so far the workmanship is more than satisfactory. I legitimately looked forward to getting home from work to see my new garage door. Thank you Empire Overhead Doors! You will be a recommendation from me anytime someone asks me.
