Great service and a staff that answers the phone. Installed a new garage door and motor. Came back after a few weeks of cycling the door to readjust everything. Hope I don't have to call them again except for maintenance.

This awesome company did an amazing job on my project. Nathan is an expert at problem solving. Tom's site visit to assure the exact work in advance was perfect. I'll return to work these folks again and again for any future needs. Highly recommend.

I would not recommend this company based on a few factors that I had to deal with. The first issue is the service technician was late. We were given a two hour window to expect the technician yet the individual was unable to arrive with such a gracious buffer. The next issue is the individual did not have much experience. The technician looked at the issue and said wow I've never seen that before. Mind you this is an issue in which the receiver is not receiving the signal from the remote. The technician spent the next 20 to 30 minutes trying to call somebody on the phone just to be told that it's broken. Nothing the technician did was special or required any additional skills. We spent $100 just for the person to tell us it's broken which was obvious. For these two reasons I would not recommend this company.

This is the second time I have used ABC Door. The first time, I sold the house with the garage door opener they installed still functioning perfectly. This time, I got another high quality door opener. The installer, Jorge, discovered why I couldn't open the door - the spring had broken. I now have a new spring, and my garage door works again. Jorge was professional, did not race through the installation, and I am glad I used ABC Door again.

We had a great experience with ABC Door Company. I called and spoke with your scheduler on the phone. She was polite and got me scheduled relatively quickly. On the day of service I got a text that the tech was on the way. Jorge showed up at our house. He was friendly and professional. He took a look and gave me our options. He had the new opener with him and got it installed quickly and professionally. Highly recommend.

Had a door opener from the 60's that was on it's last leg. Tech Jacob took out the old equipment and did an amazing job installing the new equipment. It looked like he took great pride in his installs. The old tracks hadn't been oiled in forever but he did a great job bring them back from the dead. My garage door no longer makes loud noises upon opening and shutting it. I highly recommend this company they do A+ work.

Jonathan was excellent. He checked the garage door to determine what might be the problem. He quickly figured out what needed to be done and did it. He was very informative on what the problem was and how it can be fixed if it ever goes bad again. He then finished up by servicing all three of the garage doors that have been installed by ABC Door Company. I have been very happy with not only the company's doors and openers but with their service as well, which I have only had to use this one time. Jonathan Valdez did an annual preventative maintenance on our 1 yr old garage door. Besides the PM, Jonathan went over and above and fixed some issues from the initial install. Jonathan was very conscientious and made sure that the door was working properly and safely. Jonathan provided excellent customer service! Excellent customer service from the time I called to schedule the appt. through the final work. Jonathon came out and was so professional and polite. What a hard worker, too! He estimated the job of replacing my 1/2 horsepower motor to a 3/4 horsepower to be between 90-120 mins. He was done in just over an hour and the quality of work was great! Their prices were very reasonable. They made recommendations for repairs but were not pushy at all and nothing that had to be done as I can't afford them all at this time. Great experience! I called out 2 other companies that both said I need the garage door replaced due to 2 small cracks. ABC didn't agree and my garage door is functioning beautifully with the new motor. Thank you!

They would not come out to service the issue, even though the door was fixed within 1 year. Very poor service and warranty coverage. Services Rendered: The garage door was supposedly repaired less than 1 year ago by ABC. Last week, the door broke, and they would not stand behind their service and come out to repair.

Gary, the sales rep was great. Knowledgable and responsive. I called the office three times; 1) first time to give a down payment. Card was charged but no receipt ever came email or US mail as promised. 2) Called a couple weeks later to check, was told door would arrive that Thursday and that if they were complete/undamaged, I'd get a call Friday to schedule. Never got a call. 3) another two weeks later (I was traveling), I called again. They couldn't find the order and told me they'd have to do some research and call me back. They did not call back. I put a credit card dispute on file with Chase. Finally I contacted Gary, who got the office to call me back within 15 minutes and set up delivery. Gary and Damien were nice installers and did a good job. Lesson; 1) I never did get that down payment receipt, and 2) use your salesman to force the office to provide customer service commensurate with sales and installation.
