Google5BDC were used by the previous owner of my house. I'm glad their contact information was on my garage door. I've been extremely pleased with their work. This time I thought I damaged my door badly. But they got it working in 30 minutes. I highly recommend them for your garage door maintenance or repair.

Google5Tony was simply amazing! First time he came he quickly realized the store we purchased the garage door opener unit from didn't send us equipped with all the necessary components. He was bummed out for us and gave us clear instructions what we needed. Said to call back once we had all the components and he will get us in right away! We got the components called Tony's office and we were on the books for the following day! Tony did an excellent job with our openers and noted some things we will need to get fixed in the future. He worked as quick and efficiently as he could and cleaned up after himself even taking the boxes and packing material from the units! We were so pleased with this company from the beginning to the end! We will definitely use them again and encourage others in our community to give them a try!

Google5Tony is amazing and always does an excellent job . He is extremely thorough and explains very thing with clarity, always on time and represent BDC Door with the highest standard and integrity. Customer service by the scheduling staff is superb.

Angi5Tony came by on time (the dispatch called ahead and said he was running early, so I had him come right over). He check the opener (Sears Liftmaster), tightened hinges, adjusted tension on the chain, and cleaned out the track. Everything was done efficiently and quickly - in about 45 minutes. After he was finished, the garage door opened and closed smoothly, cleanly and quietly. I highly recommend BDC Door. He also gave me a $10 discount. Services Rendered: Garage Door was making noise going up and down. Lubricating didn't seem to help, anymore. Called BDC door for service

Angi5Arrived on time (actually a little early, which was great). Quickly identified the problem, let me know how much it would cost, and then got to work. Repair was completed within an hour. Angi5Very good service, in addition to the tune-up I noted that the garage door was intermittently opening up after closing. The technician diagnosed that I needed a new safety beam sensor and I have not had a problem since. Services Rendered: Garage door tune-up including roller replacement.

Angi5At the risk of it sounding bad, he (the owner) stopped communicating with me and I didn't follow up either. He came by and was immensely helpful in explaining options I had with respect to issues at my location. It was more of a consultation than an estimate. I owe him. He gave me solid advice that helped me make good decisions. I think my job was too small for his business and they are crazy busy right now so I'm not upset at all, I'm grateful. I would send him a check for the consult but he'd probably refuse it. Lots of integrity with this company. His company will be the first I call for future work; maybe we'll be a match at that time. Services Rendered: I needed 2 overhead doors replaced at my factory.

Angi5Tony was great. He spent the time to clean and straighten the roller track as well as change out the rollers. He lubed every hinge and took the time to re adjust the door closer as well. great job! Services Rendered: Garage door tune-up

Angi5Tony arrived on time, actually a few minutes early. He came to the front door and introduced himself before he started working on the door. He was polite, personable and professional the entire time he was here. Services Rendered: One of my springs broke
