Had a Gentleman Name Lorenzo replace my garage door opener with a much needed updated one. Lorenzo was professional and had a lot of knowledge about what I needed and what he had to do. When we agreed on everything he got right to work . He was done in no time. Left the area he was working in clean as a whistle. Wow what an honor to have someone so professional do a job for you. In this day and age I had forgotten what people were supposed to be like in the work field . Mr.Lorenzo is an asset to your company. Great Job!!!!!! I could not ask for better!!!!!

I would not recommend their service. I already knew the problem before the technician came out. I needed a belt replacement and he said the belt needed replacing since it was older and brittle. I do not remember him saying anything about the motor needing replacing...BUT since it was an older piece of equipment that you could get a Lowe's he could not help me BUT could replace with a new unit for >$800. So for a service fee of >$69, I could purchase a new unit or buy a belt at Lowe's. Services Rendered: Garage door opener belt replacement

Needed an expensive repair, to rollers, re-balance tracks . I would have liked to get several estimates. I have no idea if what I paid was expensive for the job. It was accomplished very quickly, but was over $600 . But I did not want to leave the vehicles out in the open in this crazy car-snatching city. The tech was experienced at the work. Services Rendered: Door was stuck open.

Our garage door had stopped closing. Not an emergency but wanted to get it fixed. We used Precision quite a while ago so I sent a chat note to them at about 4:00 PM Wednesday. Almost immediately I got a note back, offering an appointment for Thursday. (I had expected to wait days for an appointment.) Once we confirmed the time I received a text with the tech's name, photo, and a short bio! Jeff arrived a little after 8:AM and very quickly diagnosed the problem - the Liftmaster opener no longer had enough torque to work properly. He said it would have to be replaced. And he said the door is OK but suggested having him do an overall maintenance service. AND, he had the parts on his truck and could start immediately! Two hours later we had a maintenance service on the equipment - and a STATE OF THE ART BRAND NEW LIFTMASTER! It has updated capabilities and "bells & whistles" like WiFi capability to connect to my cell phone and a security camera. AND, he installed a key-pad on the outside of the door jamb! AND, I was pleasantly surprised that even after all this time we are still considered a repeat customer and given "loyal customer" discounts! Oh yeah - the total cost was AMAZING! Much less than I had feared! And I appreciate no up-selling or pressure for extra services! Services Rendered: Diagnose garage door opener problem. Solution was replacement garage door opener and overall maintenance service.

Precision dispatched a technician the same day, Saturday, to repair a broken spring. Rudy Vallejos was very personable and professional. He inspected the door (which had never been serviced except for 1 previous spring repair) and noted that the old spring was too large for the door and had been stressing both the door itself and the opener. He provided 3 estimates for necessary and recommended repairs. Rudy essentially replaced all the mechanical parts of the door resulting in the quietest and smoothest operation of this particular door that I have ever experienced. He accomplished the task in slightly over 1 hour and for the exact amount of the estimate. Precision is definitely on my list of go-to vendors and will have my recommendation to friends and neighbors. Services Rendered: Garage Door spring repair

Today (3/15/22), I was fortunate to meet a young man on behalf of Percisision Garage Door of Albuquerque. Gary Lang is the technician I am talking about. He is professional, listened to my issues, and went above and beyond to help me. Gary is a bright light that customer service does still exist. We had an okay experience with this company when they installed new garage doors--we had to call the guy back for a basic error. We weren't sure we wanted to go with them again to install locks, but it was a great experience. Joe D. was very professional, thorough, and friendly. He got the job done and then showed me all the necessary stuff the last guy hadn't, by explaining the machinery and how to maintain it. He even fixed a couple of not-pressing issues due to wear and tear that might have eventually meant another call, and another bill. Great employee. Thanks, Joe!

I signed up on angi for an estimate on 1/13/2022. On 1/17/2022 I had to call for the estimate. Another company called me back on 1/13 and I got an estimate that day! Mr. Tony Acker showed up on 1/17 and was very helpful and courteous. I would rate him a 5 but down graded the total rating to 4 for the poor response. Services Rendered: I needed an estimate to replace my garage door and opener.

This is the best company I have dealt with in over 22 years. They have done repairs to our garage door, replaced the spring and rollers. Their employees are polite, efficient, explain what they are doing and why. Their prices beat other competitors and I highly recommend them. Services Rendered: garage door opener was not working

Rudy arrived on time, determined the problem, gave me three options/prices for the work, recommended one of them and told me why that was the best option. I liked that option and the work. The door works, is quieter, smoother, and doesn't bounce when you open it. The work/parts also has a lifetime warranty. Services Rendered: Broken spring on double-wide garage door

If there was a six star button, I would have used it. Gary, the business owner, came out on a Sunday morning to fix my stuck (up) garage door and install a new lift system. My door is troubled, due to a foundation issue and challenging to work on. Old school professionalism and work ethic. And friendly, especially for a guy who has given up his Sunday morning to help you out of a jam, literally :) Two other alleged 24/7 garage repair companies didn't even return my call. Gary was there early Sunday, after I called late Saturday. Couldn't ask for better service.

The technicians showed up and started doing the job of replacing my garage door. Halfway through the owner Gary Lang, called the one technician and fired him while he was on the job. This was not only poorly handled but it was also a dangerous situation to put a customer in and my home, as we don't know how one handles an abrupt loss of employment. I would never give this company another job, I feel the owner has no interpersonal skills as a manager. The door is good, the job completed, but who needs this kind of drama.

I called them because I needed literally one bolt replaced on my garage door. I'm disabled and it would be difficult for me to do it myself. They said they don't repair garage doors. They would have to replace the whole door! No thanks.

Our garage door opener quit working on a Sunday, and I was able to call and schedule an appointment for the next day. The technicians (Tony) communication with us on the day of the appointment was excellent. He showed up as scheduled , inspected everything, and gave us a list of options we had for replacement of the opener. The entire process was seamless and all the work done was excellent. The office staff I spoke with, and the technician were all very professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend these guys to anyone.

This is the second time we've used Precision both times they provided excellent service. Gilbert was very professional and explained everything in detail. A garage door opener was replaced and the new garage door opener is so quiet we can't hear it open from the inside. Just by looking at the parts installed compared to the old parts you can tell Precision uses top quality heavy duty parts. We will not use any other company to work on our garage door. I highly recommend.

Jeff from Precision Garage Door came out to make some necessary repairs in order to sell our home. They were there to make the repairs less than 24 hours after we called them which was much appreciated! When Jeff arrived, he was knowledgeable and prepared to fix the many problems with our four garage doors. These are high-end garage doors and we wouldn't trust any other company with their care.

Came out fast, that's the one star. Our garage door coil broke. Precision Garage wanted $600-800 to fix it. We got it done by another company for $200. I believe Precision is gouging it's customers. I would not recommend using them, unless you like losing money.
