Rio Rancho Garage Doors are on top of there game. As far that I saw working on my broken spring, there were only 2 workers. One came first and started then the other came a hour later. For two men they are pro's. Only took them a hour to finish the work and only charge $400.00 for labor and parts. I called other professionals but they wanted $$1,000 plus more, you do the math.
My parents garage door broke early one morning. Called Rio Rancho garage doors, they came out the same day and was able to fix the panel instead of replacing the entire door. They even helped with additional services on-site to ensure they didn't have the same problem. Will always call for garage door needs!
We cannot recommend RRGD highly enough! We decided not to use the original installer of our garage door when the pressure sensor was not working properly and called Eric. He came out in one day and immediately fixed the problem quite easily at a very reasonable charge. A very honest company to deal with that won't scam you into buying more than you need.

My garage door support bar cracked and started sagging preventing me from safely using my overhead door. I called RRGD and they were able to send out a repair team the next day. The team immediately diagnosed the problem and repaired my door in thirty minutes. They didn't try to sell me a new door, which I thought was the only fix. The price was very reasonable. I look forward to purchasing/upgrading to a new overhead door from them in a couple years.

Eric came out and replaced a broken sprocket on our garage door opener. He did it quickly and effectively and explained ways to me to avoid it in the future. Very reasonable price. I hope I never have another garage door problem, but if/when I do, I'll call these guys again.

As an owner of a service company myself, I am critical of who I call for service and expect the same level I offer with my company. So- it went great! The lady on the phone was pleasant when I called- got a same day appointment although I did not expect that, the service man showed up in the time window specified, did the work, checked other components of door mechanisms and made several other small repairs- no mess. We thought we had needed a new garage door and went to look at Rio Rancho Garage Doors due to the good reviews. We explained that our garage door was letting water in and was pretty beat up. I didn't think that the door could be repaired but agreed to having a technician come out to look at it. Thank goodness I did! An technician looked it over and thought the garage door could indeed be repaired and gave us an estimate. We made an appointment to have them come out the next day. They reinforced the garage door, replaced some cables (that were apparently speaker wires), adjusted the pressure, replaced a few hinges, and replaced the springs. I cannot say enough good things about the experience. Many companies would have just replaced the garage door and never told us they could fix it. Very well. Erick came out to assess the stress cracks in the metal supports. He gave me the options of replacing the panels or going for a new garage door. I opted for the new doors and ordered the doors in a painted color. Three weeks later Erick and his helper came out to install the door. He is experienced and knows what he is doing and is customer service oriented. I would highly recommend him and would use him again. Services Rendered: Replace garage door.
