It has taken me a long time to get around to writing this review. In over 1 year, I have had NO problems, ever, with the door. When he installed it he took a great deal of care and time to show me everything about how it worked and what I would do if ever locked in or out of the garage and I did not have power, etc. Our garage evidently had a very old and unusual mechanism. Mr. Moreau said he had never seen one like that. It nevertheless gave him no problem. He was genuinely fascinated by the mechanisms and what he does. He was delightful. Services Rendered: When we moved into our new house it did not have an automatic garage door opener (the house is about 100 years old). My parents decided to give me an automatic garage door opener for my birthday gift. They contacted this man and he came to Pittsburgh and installed the garage door opener. I could not have been happier with his service and work. Please note that the "0.00" next to cost is because it was a gift. My parents said he was very, very reasonably priced.
