Within a few days of my phone call, Brian arrived at our home and measure the panel to be replaced and determine the model of our Raynor door. Brain called the following week with his estimate to obtain the panel and install it. I accepted his estimated costs and Brian said he would order the panel. Approximately three weeks later, I called to check the status of the order . Brian returned my call that day and said he would be able to install the new panel in three days. He arrived on the scheduled day and completed the work in about 40 minutes. Raynor garage doors are great doors, and Brain did an exceptional job with the installation of the panel. Brain adjusted the door and cleaned-up the work area before leaving. Services Rendered: Raynor replaced a 9 foot, solid garage door panel with a panel containing two windows.

It went very well. They had a problem which pushed our appointment back a little but, this was not their fault. Services Rendered: They had to replace the coil springs on the door.

He did state our doors were "cheap and of poor quality". Gave approximate prices for their better doors and recommended we buy new ones. Services Rendered: Lubricated both doors. Tightened and added some screws that had come loose. One door was bent and he fixed it.
