Google5Called them about broken springs at 10:17 AM. They showed up replaced springs and was gone by 11:20 AM! They had to drive over as well! Awesome job, awesome price, and awesome service!!! Thanks again! Highly recommend them!!

Google5First off, they answer their email inquiries for service which made scheduling easy. Second, arrived when they said they would. Third, great pricing. My repair was minor. I will be using them again for all repairs.

Google5The repair gentleman came over just a couple hours after I called on a Saturday. I wasn't expecting anything that quick to be honest but I did appreciate it. He knew exactly what he was doing, fixed my door, and was headed out in less than an hour. Charged a very fair price for parts and labor. Will definitely use them again in the future.

Google5I ran an errand on Thursday, April 1, 2021. When I got home the garage door would not open. My son and I looked at it and noticed that a cable was not on the spool. Then he noticed the spring along the top of pulley system was now 4 springs! I googled "garage door opener repair" and called the 1st company listed. I asked the lady if they had any openings today or tomorrow. She said, "hmmm, no we're all booked up." she didn't suggest another time or anything. I said "OK, I will call someone else." I called ADP. The gentleman who answered was friendly and said they could get to it immediately. He asked if I would take pictures of the garage door opener system and what we thought was wrong with it and text the photos to him. We did. He then called me about 10 minutes later and explained that it wasn't the pulley or garage door opener that was causing the issue but the spring had busted. He explained how much it would cost. I was more than happy to pay the amount stated plus the service call. Daniel, With ADP, came to my house within 45 minutes and he had my garage door working within 25 minutes. Daniel was courteous, friendly and very professional. What I would suggest to people is: Don't just called the 1st business listed like I did, but CALL ADP if you ever need help with your garage door!

Google5ADP was able to quickly come over and check out my garage door that I ran into. They were professional and very affordable. They fixed my door in no time without any trouble. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone needing a garage door replacement or repair.

Google5I can't recommend this company enough! I called on a Saturday morning because my garage door had broken the night before. They were here and had the door fixed within an hour! I was afraid with it being a Saturday it would be super expensive for the service call and repair, but the price was more than reasonable. Definitely give them a call for all your garage door needs!
