Google5Great customer service! Had a spring break on my enclosed trailer door. Could not work that day with it broken. Called them and ran it by. Fixed it while I waited. Highly recommend! Thank you for taking care of me. Herndon Lawn Services

Google5This company is the best!!! I was blessed to have Chief come to my home on Saturday to fix my issues with my garage door. Super friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. I have used Dockins since they replaced my garage door several years ago and have always had superior service.

Google5Very quick response from them they had Chief over working on our garage door in less than an hour after calling them. He got it fixed and explained how it broke and how to prevent it from happening again. Will be calling them again in the future if needed.

Google5I highly recommend Dockins. I had two commercial doors installed in 2019, had router problems 3/27/23. Brian came out at no charge and corrected the problem. Great customer service! Hard to find now days.

Google5For the last 10 or eleven years i have went with Dockins. I found them through the owners nephew, who i worked with. Everytime I've had a stupid moment they were there to fix it. I had them replace a new motor that is connected to myQ and the owner walked me through the app on for the phone and installed it in notime. Today they fixed another mistake of mying but it was another employee who came to fix it goe's by the name Chief. Great guy and super fast and knowledgeable. Every interaction with Dockins is great. You can tell the company has a family oriented feeling. Best of all they haven't ever tried to overcharge when they do work. There honest. Others I've called in past tried to sale me on stuff that I didn't need. And it took Dockins to show me just because of other reputable companies out there doe's not mean their honest. So I highly recommend this company. Sad to say that it's taken me this long to write a review but im noticing its important for people to read.

Google5Door cable came off and roller fell off on Friday night December 30th. Holiday weekend. Dockins looked at the picture I sent knew exactly what was wrong and was out within 30 minutes. The repair person explained step-by-step the repairs and it now works and sounds better than before. The repair bill was less than I expected. I will never use any one other than Dockins and that is why I keep their card taped next to my garage door switch.

Google5We recently had an issue with our door coming loose at the rollers and trying to fall from the track. When did this happen? At 5:30 in the evening of course. I called Dockins for after-hours service. They were out very quickly and got us taken care of. Chief was very friendly, quick and efficient in getting the job done. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was set and ready to go. Thanks Chief and Dockins!

Angi5After waiting for 2 days with zero communication from another overhead door company, I requested a quote/call from Dockins Overhead Door. They called me within 2 minutes, scheduled me for Monday and gave me a 2 hour window of when to expect them as well as pricing. I still haven't heard from that other Overhead Door Company. Go with a company that actually values your time and money- call Dockins. Services Rendered: Garage door repair

Angi5Very well. Owner answered phone and came to house in 30 minutes. Explained benefits of new door - spring not exposed, better insulation (R factor 9), quieter, etc. Told us his crew could install it in about two hours. They did so and did a very good job. Very satisfied. All benefits he described are true. Services Rendered: Replaced the garage door that finally quit after 25+ years from sun and weather exposure. Did not need to replace the opener.

Angi5The provider arrived withing the specified time and diagnosed the problem quickly. He performed the work, tuned up the opener, and cleaned up afterwards. He was here about 30 min. and explained what was needed and why. Services Rendered: Replace the chain sprocket in the garage-door opener.
