Steven and Wesley came out to install a new garage door motor and were very informative and took the time to explain everything on the checklist so I understood all the considerations. My system is going to require a second visit but that is outside of their control. Highly recommend.
Steven and Wesley arrived on time. Steven explained the options and reasons for the repairs. I made the decision on what I felt should be done. Steven analyzed my thoughts. Wesley listened attentively. Steven and Wesley made the repairs quickly and efficiently. The garage is working. It sounds better, too. I will call Integrity Overhead Doors for future services.
Dustin May showed up on time and went right to work. He was willing to answer all questions and give some helpful information for maintenance on the garage door and opener. We were very impressed with him and the work he did! Highly recommend him.
Kamryn was great! Very personable and represented the company well. Kamryn troubleshooted this issue, recommended an affordable solution and executed that recommendation with approval, all with in an hour or so. Integrity Overhead Door lives up to their name. Highly recommended.

Needed garage door repaired. Called Integrity And they put me on their schedule the next day. Steven and Kameron repaired the door in no time. These guys explained what may have caused the issue. I also got an estimate to replace garage door opener. The service men were efficient and professional. I asked if they could do installation in January. (They can) I definitely recommend Integrity Overhead Door!
Steven and Kevin were great! They had a repair instead of replace attitude which saved me a significant cost. Plus, my appoint time was 1130 and they rang my door bell at 1130 - small things mean a lot. Can't say enough good things about Integrity. I won't use any other company for garage door issues in the future.
The workers were very polite and respectful. They were here early and finished quickly. They even locked the gate and back door before leaving! They assessed other repairs needed before replacing the parts and proved to me why the parts were defective. Very thankful you sent these guys. My garage door operates properly, doesn't rattle now, and is a lot quieter. 5 stars. The only improvement needed is that l called during open hours yesterday. No one called back so l waited until today and no one replied. I almost tried a different company but decided to call one more time. Also, I realize things are expensive, but a senior discount surely would have been nice.
The Technician (Preston Howell) was excellent in his work ethic integrity, knowledge and professionalism. His customer courtesy was excellent also! I would use them again and highly recommend this company! Services Rendered: Had to have a complete garage door adjustment done and rerigged.
This is the best overhead door company in Amarillo. After our recent power outage, a lot of people needed the services of an overhead door company. We called several and left messages and never received a call back. One called back but couldn't get to us until the following week. Another one picked up the phone but acted like our call was an inconvenience to them. Integrity took our call, scheduled a time for us on the same day, confirmed the appointment by email and then called when they were on their way. Not only did they fix our overhead door but they also performed other maintenance and adjustments at no extra charge. Call these guys-they're the best.
I have already wrote on the other integrity door but I thought I'd better right on this one also. These are some stand up guys very dependable.
