My garage door wasn't working properly. Like most people, I hopped online to see what companies in Amarillo could help me out. I chose to use Willow Creek Overhead Door because of the 5 star rating and positive Google reviews I saw. I'm happy to add my own 5 star review as testament to the superb service I experienced. Tony promptly answered my call and set a time to come out the same day. An opening came up earlier and he called to see if I could accommodate the earlier time. Of course! He showed up himself and went straight to work, figuring out the problem and finding me a reasonably priced solution. He patiently answered all the questions I asked and even chatted up my 3 year old son. Total time was about 1.5 hrs and that included him having to go get a part we didn't anticipate needing. I'm happy to recommend Tony and Willow Creek Overhead Door. He is a honest man doing good solid work. You will not be disappointed. UPDATE DEC 2017: Willow Creek Overhead Door and Tony Hall continue to be my family's go-to guy when it comes to any issue with our garage doors. Each and every time, Tony had been nothing but reliable, professional, and knowledgeable.

Our garage door spring broke last night, and the original installer told us it would be two days before they could get to us. After reading reviews of other local overhead door companies, we called Tony at Willow Creek Overhead Door. He answered immediately, and after I explained the problem, he said he would be there in an hour to make the repair. Tony arrived about 45 minutes later. The original double door and opener were installed by another local overhead door company when our home was purchased eight years ago and had only one spring. Tony recommended that we go back with two springs to assist with the lift. He completed the installation within 30 minutes, and it works perfectly!!! In fact, the door and opener had never worked correctly. Although we had the original installer come twice to adjust things, the motor had always put out a loud groaning sound with each opening and closing of the door. That installer always said that was just the way it was... But now, with the two springs installed by Tony, the door opener works super smoothly with almost no noise or lurching as we had experience over the past eight years. To summarize, we are ecstatic with the job done by Tony with Willow Creek Overhead Door and highly recommend him for anyone needing overhead door installation or service.

Tony was at my house within 2 hours of my call assessing, my garage door. I had mentioned the broken springs on the phone to him, and he also found that my cables were missing as well. Luckily for me, he was completely prepared for this too. He was able to fix my door in 30 minutes, and now it works perfectly. He was very friendly, and visited with me while I asked my hundreds of questions. I had a broken spring on the garage door late in the afternoon and couldn't get the door up. Tony Hall from Willow Creek overhead doors answered my call and talked me through getting the door back open so I could get my vehicle out and get to work. He showed up early the next morning and repaired the door promptly. Very friendly, professional, efficient, affordable, and knowledgeable.
