It takes time, effort and dedication to maintain a 5 star rating and many of our future customers depend on reviews to aid them in their decision process. When customers are in the market for home improvement projects one of the first things they consider is the quality of service and workmanship they will receive from potential contractors. This is why we are asking what your reasoning was for the 1 star rating you posted since we have never provided you with any of our services. When individuals post a low rating for no particular reason it can greatly affect the image of that company and any possible future business. Please reconsider deleting or changing your review. I had my garage door installed by Garage Door Solutions of Iowa. Jeff came out the same day to give an estimate and scheduled me during our requested time frame. He was very knowledgeable and provided quality work at an competitive price. Jeff is very friendly and provides excellent customer service. I would highly recommend him to everyone. I noticed he has all 5 star reviews except for a single one star. The one star review by Richard Cranium had no comment and clearly the name speaks for the reviewer.

Hi Jeff, It's been a while since you installed my garage doors and I just wanted to tell you how much I love my garage doors. I thank you for your professionalism and giving me more options to consider than I knew were available. And yes, I love the windows on my garage doors! It's wonderful pulling up in my driveway and my first view is my lovely garage doors! Thank again, Sylvia & Doug!
