I called on Thursday, the tech Alex came on Friday, very nice guy and he replaced my bad cables in no time. Thanks guys you are my garage doors go to guys.

I called today for a garage door repair and was scheduled for tomorrow. I received a call back a few hours later and was informed that they could actually come out today due to a schedule change. Lance came out and immediately identified the problem. He had it fixed in less than 30 minutes. The door works perfectly now. This is not the first time I've used Alaska #1 Door Service - I've never been disappointed. Great outfit!

Highly recommend Alaska #1 Door Service. Tom was very friendly and efficient. He replaced our broken spring on the garage much faster than I expected. The girl scheduling the appointment was also very friendly and helpful.

Tom was able to come measure my broken garage door springs and came back the very next day to change them. He had the springs changed in no time and was extremely friendly with every interaction. Will definitely recommend!

Tom was able to come out the same day I called and look at the issue we had. He came back the next day and had a panel changed and a spring replaced and a new carriage piece all installed so quick. I really appreciate the honest good work he did.

Due to screws pulling through the garage door it couldn't open. We were told to get with Alaska # 1 Door Service and boy am I glad we did! They were able to come out the next morning. We were so pleased with the job they did. Don't think them screws will ever pull out again! Thanks, Alaska # 1 Door Service!!

This guy is wonderful! I was worried sick I couldnt get my door fixed before husband came home and he fixed it in the same day I called! This is what I'm talking about!! He had me laughing at the end of the day plus he installed a key pad and I got an extra door opener! You are the best!!
