Google5Hello! Alaska Garage Door's exceptional customer service, led by Susan, made my experience truly remarkable. Susan went above and beyond in explaining my invoice with great detail and patience. What impressed me further was her proactive troubleshooting over the phone before dispatching a technician. In addition to Susan's outstanding support, the quick and efficient service provided by the technician during the in-person inspection was noteworthy. The technician's swift resolution was amazing to witness. Definitely will go back to them for my next garage door needs.

Google5i I accidentally hit my garage a bit! Called this business, they scheduled me fast, came for estimate ...even gave a law enforcement discount. we are so glad we called them Ben and his team are informative, great business to get service from. From a new panel to all new system we are happy customer and will share the word to all our friend for garage needs. P.s love the text message reminders too!

Google5Broke a Garage door spring on Friday night leaving the wife's vehicle stuck in the Garage. Alaska Garage Door & Repair answered my call about 5:40. Said they would come over and get me taken care of some time Sat. I believe it was Ben and another worker that showed up Sat. Afternoon - They were professional, quick, and got us taken care of. Would highly recommend them based on my experience. Thanks again Guys- Stan

Google5Ben was incredibly kind and knowledgeable. They had a busy day but didn't cancel on us. They still made the house call late at night and got the job done quickly and efficiently. Very professional. Will use and recommend again.

Google5[other Anchorage garage door company] referred me to Alaska Garage Door when they wouldn't be able to come out for a week - so when their competitors are making a referral that already tells you something. Ben with Alaska Garage Door was at my house that same day, in the middle of the time window provided by dispatch (after calling first with a heads up), and fixed the issue in just over an hour on site. He was prompt, professional, and nice. I really appreciate their help.

Google5Our garage door mechanism suddenly broke in the late afternoon/evening. I wasn't expecting anyone to be able to help until tomorrow but Alaska Garage Door & Repair was able to help! The office staff were understanding and professional and they had me scheduled for an appointment soon after. The technician, Ben, was awesome. After diagnosing the situation, he explained exactly what was wrong and what would need to be fixed, and helped me understand more about my garage door -- he even gave it a quick look over to make sure there weren't other issues that might pop up soon. There was no pressure to fix anything more than what was needed, and the quoted price was very reasonable. Ben fixed the issue and got our garage working again with no unexpected muss or fuss. I would (and will) call Alaska Garage Door & Repair for any issues that we have with our garage door in the future. They've earned this household's business going forward and I highly recommend them to anyone else.

Google5I got estimates from 3 different companies for a garage door replacement. All three estimates were fairly close, but Alaska Door came in at the lowest. What sold me on Alaska Door, was the quality of their product. Better R-value on the door and the quality of the materials there were using. The salesman promised they could get the installation done within the week, and they met that promise. On the day of installation they were able to get the job done in about 5 hours. I chose to have some windows put in the top panel to let some natural light into the garage. Everything turned out fantastic and it looks so much better than before, not to mention I'm hoping for lower heating costs this winter.

BBB5Very professional and quality work provided by Installer **** After 4-5 years of problems with our existing Genie garage opener, installed by *************************, we chose to have AK Garage Door Repair replace the Genie with a *********** brand opener. So far, great decision. What an upgrade! Thanks so much ****
