I called Allegrezza on Tuesday to get a price for a new garage door motor. They gave me a price over the phone and told me someone would call me the next day to schedule.
Wednesday someone called to schedule for Friday. This morning a tech Mark, called me, said he would be at my house in an hour to an hour and 1/2.
Mark showed up on time, installed my new motor, track, sensors, keypad and remotes as well as helped me program my key pad and was out in about an hour.
This company has done everything they said they would. I called 3 companies Tuesday to get a new motor. Allegrezza is the only one that gave me a price over the phone and communicated when they said they would. They are friendly, professional and efficient. 5 stars! I am so happy with my new opener! Thank you Allegrezza!
(BTW, I still have not heard back from those 2 other companies and they did not ask me to post a review. I was just impressed:)
