Was able to respond quickly when our commercial door failed and fixed the problem right away. Super knowledgeable and helpful. Used him 6 years ago when someone hit our door and his price was super competitive then too. No reason to look anywhere else, Mark is great!
I wish I could give six stars. I wasn't familiar with this company, so they weren't my first call...but after getting no help from the first three companies I called, I just went down the list. It was 1deg outside and my garage door was stuck half way down and literally falling off the rails. Mark did say they were really busy, but was at my door within 30 minutes...and within the hour had it fixed. Mark was companionate, professional, and had my door working better than ever. They'll be my door guys going forward.
I called Allegrezza on Tuesday to get a price for a new garage door motor. They gave me a price over the phone and told me someone would call me the next day to schedule. Wednesday someone called to schedule for Friday. This morning a tech Mark, called me, said he would be at my house in an hour to an hour and 1/2. Mark showed up on time, installed my new motor, track, sensors, keypad and remotes as well as helped me program my key pad and was out in about an hour. This company has done everything they said they would. I called 3 companies Tuesday to get a new motor. Allegrezza is the only one that gave me a price over the phone and communicated when they said they would. They are friendly, professional and efficient. 5 stars! I am so happy with my new opener! Thank you Allegrezza! (BTW, I still have not heard back from those 2 other companies and they did not ask me to post a review. I was just impressed:)
We had a garage door spring break in the evening on a larger 16' x 9' garage door; I called Allegrezza shortly after they opened the next morning, and I was assured that I would get a call from a tech soon to arrange for a same-day repair. About an hour later I received a call from Mark to let me know that he was headed in my direction to make the repair. Mark was friendly and quick! When I asked about our second door, he was forthright and told me that I didn't need to replace items prematurely. As a family-owned business owner myself, I value integrity in business above all else ... Allegrezza is honest and professional.
I'm currently disabled, and my car (my only form of transportation to physical therapy) was stuck in the garage due to a broken spring on our garage door. I contacted the last place who serviced it, and they weren't going to be able to help me until 2 weeks later. I was so stressed out and worried that I wouldn't be able to get to physical therapy for a couple weeks. I live close by Allegrezza, so I gave them a call. They were super busy, and one employee had called in sick that Monday. Allegrezza Door Co still squeezed me in, and Mark came by a couple hours later. I really appreciated his help. He was quick, really nice, and professional. When I eventually replace the entire door, I know who I'll be calling. Thank you for helping us out!
Every company busy except this Allegrezza Door. Technician Mr.Mark called and available so he came and replaced 2 springs within 15 minutes. He is very nice and work well done. Highly recommended to everyone
We couldn't be more happy with the service we received. Our garage door became damaged when it failed to open all the way while my wife was backing out. Bret came out yesterday, 12-19-2022, and promptly repaired the door. He was very professional, knew exactly what needed to be done and completed the job in a short time. Awesome job!!!!
Great service! Garage door spring snapped. Gave these guys a call around 1pm on an Friday and spoke with Mark. They came out same afternoon and took care of the dual spring replacement with only about 15 minutes on site. Will definitely call them again!
