Google5We recently used Door Tech to repair our garage door. I called and they were able to come the next day. John, their technician, was very cordial and was able to fix our door. He checked out all the moving parts and serviced them. I was pleased with their work. I highly recommend this company.

Google5Price was a little higher than the other guys, but well worth it. The product stands on its own, the install was flawless, the customer service was spot on. I highly recommend them and will be using them in the future.

Google5Bought our door from Mike and have been very pleased with it. Unfortunately it froze down and tweaked the door adjustment. Called Door Tech and they were there in a few hours to repair. Tech was great, knowledgeable and fast.

Google5Ben came out and serviced my garage doors. He talked me through what he was doing and how/where to look for potential problems. Everyone I spoke with was very professional and courteous from the first call throughout the entire process. Door Tech will be the only ones I call for all future services!

Google5What a great company! I can't say enough about their customer service. They offer a variety of options to help their customers through the steps of setting up new products. They walked me through all the steps over the phone and offered to send someone over if it was still unsuccessful. This sure beat my attempts on YouTube. Love working with a personal company like this one. I will continue to share my positive experience and appreciate all the time this saved me!

Google55 star + rating for these guys!! We bought our garage door from them about 3(?) years ago and have been very happy with their service and the door! Now we decided to install windows into the hangar door and when we stopped, they had the windows so Hubby and son-in-law got them installed then a couple days later, hubby decided to put in 2 more windows so we bought/installed but hey, there is a real difference in the clarity of windows! (Had we not gotten the last 2 I might not have known those windows were supposed to be that clear but now that I did....I want all purty windows!) I took photos and went to talk to them to see what could they do about it. They were super nice and apologetic about the whole cloudy window thing and I came home with 5 new windows because as I was taking my leave after talking to them about the replacement, the office manager told me that she would have the warehouse guy put the windows in the car for me and I exclaimed "Oh! I just figured we would up the new ones when we brought back the old!" To which she grinned and said well this way there won't be a hole! Well...there is that but it made me feel good that they would trust us to bring back the other windows and after Dale/I got the new windows swapped out, easy peasy just like the job should have gone, I ran the windows back into town. Maybe they can get some money back from their supplier? So.....now we have 7 beautiful clear windows! Again....a 5+ star rating to DOOR TECH, LLC of Palmer AK!!!

Google5My overhead garage door suddenly stopped working. I called DoorTech to come check it out. A mere twenty(20) minutes later Derek arrived. He quickly evaluated the situation and found my system to be toast. He was able to quickly quote me a reasonable estimate for a full replacement. Surprisingly, he had everything aboard his truck to install a new system right then, no need to schedule installation at a later date. I really liked that. He worked diligently and was both personable and professional. I would recommend DoorTech without hesitation.

Google5I was having my doors to my garage repainted, and the painters noticed old rub marks on the front of the garage doors. I called Door Tech. up to have a technician look at the opening and closing mechanisms to see if they were rubbing. Door Tech sent out a technician within three hours, resolved the issue, and my painters were able to complete their job on time. Receipt great customer service,
