Google1Terrible service. My fault for trying to use them 3 separate times thinking there would be different results. Take your business somewhere else. I'll be trying Alaska Garage door and repair. I'll update post after I speak with them.

Google5I called Pioneer Door due to the fact that the repairs to my door exceeded my level of knowledge. I was able to get on the schedule within a day. Ron was my repair technician and he was very professional and did a great job on my door. I'm glad I trusted Pioneer Door.

Google4Had garage door replaced as well as opener. Yes door took a while to get here and was damaged in transit so had to be reordered but none of that was Pioneer's fault in my opinion. Just the sign of the times what with worker and materials shortage. When it was time to do the work, the guys showed up on time, were efficient & got the work done in less time than anticipated and left the space they worked in better shape than when they arrived. They also took the time to explain the opener and answer any questions I had regarding the door or opener. I appreciated their time as well as Matt who I worked with to get the right door for my house. Thanks Pioneer.

Google1Had issues with garage door closing. Tech came out and looked around for no more than 15 mins. Said the motor was going bad and that we didnt have to pay anything because he didnt do anything but look around (no repairs or anything) Lady from their shop is requesting payment of $130 for a service call. Which nothing was fixed and the tech even stated there was no charge. My garage door is still having the issue of closing. Update: neighbor came to look at the door, he found the bracket was slightly off. He made adjustments and the door is working perfectly fine. Techs finding was inaccurate. Company is still seeking $130 payment.

Google5Eric was able to squeeze me in with about a six hour notice, a month earlier than I was previously scheduled with another vendor. Prompt and friendly, and had two cables swapped and readjusted the door tracks in under an hour. Will definitely recommend to others!

Google5These guys are the best. I can see why they are so popular. Our garage door would not open or close properly. The remote never worked well since we moved into the house. Ron fixed everything and reprogrammed the remote. Also found other problems, replaced the lights and made sure everything was working as if it was new. Also, Ron was very sensitive to my husband's health problems and wore a mask. Professional and kind. He was also very prompt and came when we were told he would come. No waiting all day. Will highly recommend!

Google5I have a 3 car garage; 2 garage doors; 1 for a single & the other for 2 vehicles. Both of the springs/coils broke on my garage door for 2 vehicles & within 2 days it was fixed very quickly. Took them 30 minutes to have my door in full operation! They also put some lube on the other garage door just to keep it operating smoothly. BRAVO! Highly recommend their business. Cost me $300 total to pay for parts & labor.

Google5These guys are awesome! My garage door spring busted and they had the replacement spring on hand and provided critical pro tips for installation (my first time doing this). Their prices were in line with ordering on amazon...I was amazed. Great prices and great service. They even let me borrow their rods required to wind the spring.

Google5Great company that made time between scheduled visits to take a look at my particular issue and talk about different options that are available to me and what will work best for my set up. I highly recommend giving them a call first about any of your garage door needs!
