Yelp1I called to have my garage door repaired. ( My wife's friend crashed into it with her car.) They told me they would be out between 12 and 2. Never showed up, never called. I called them to see what was going on, and left a message. No response. Do yourself a favor and call Empire garage door. I called them and they came right out and fixed my door. I was so impressed I decided to have them come back and install a new door.

Angi5Called Firehouse at 8pm and left message. One hour later Mike called me and we setup appointment in the morning. Mike showed ON TIME and immediately readjusted the wires and reset the wall button. I highly recommend Firehouse! Prompt Professional and Efficient. Angi5Provider arrived slightly ahead of appointment time. I repeated what I wanted done. I left him to his work and he did what was requested, and informed me of possible future problems that might arise on this door due to manufacturing quirks common to this door system. He efficiently completed his work, presented me an invoice for the price quoted. No problems. Period. The service man was competent respectful and efficient. Would absolutely use Firehouse Doors again. Services Rendered: Garage door had not been serviced or inspected in years. Contacted FHD through Angie's List website. Provider called by phone and arranged for serviceman to come out the next day. Asked for a "ballpark" price for service, inspection and replacement so steel rollers to nylon. Quoted $129.00 +/-.

Angi5Called at 10. appointment was for between 3 and 5 same day. arrived at 4:10 both springs were replaced and job completed by 440. Services Rendered: replace broken spring on 16 by 8 door

Yelp5I needed the cables replaced on a garage door. Service was unheard of. They were extremely nice and fast. Same day appointment was available and I called at 3:30! He even helped me move the stuff away from the door. Completely satisfied with the job that was done and very reasonably priced. Thank you!

Yelp5Stop the presses!!!! Here's one for the books...an honest company!! I can't believe this but I am happy to report that the honesty is only surpassed by their customer service. Let me start by saying that we have needed a garage door since Hecktor was a pup. Ours had rotted and all but fell off of its track. I did my investigative research via the net and after making a few calls to other companies and getting some prices, I asked Firehouse to send over a sales person. Andy came and was extremely helpful and didn't give me the "you should upgrade" talk. I chose an insulated door ( better not the good one) and received the "best" door without adding to the original cost. I also needed a door lifter (electric..not human) and even decided to get some nice windows added to my door. The total bill was less than $ 1,500.00 and they hauled the old door and everything else away. HOW COOL!!! I will continue to sing their praises (off-key mostly) and can only ask that you at least give them a call. They are a terrific company and I really feel they actually listen to their customers and not try to up the sale.
