Google5Very helpful and fast garage door repair service (broken spring). I called on a Wednesday morning and they got someone out the same day. Otherwise, my car would've been stuck in there until I could get someone. Due to the poor starting condition of the equipment (rod was damaged), the job took longer than expected, but they pushed through and got it fixed the same day. Good service as well. I worked with Mark. Receptionist Kelly was also helpful. Grateful for the quick response!

Google5We had a new front door & glass storm door installed a year ago. The owners, scheduling staff, and installer were professional, efficient, and thoughtful. A year later our door opens and closes with ease and even with the time and changes in temp, the installation work has held up beautifully. During the install they took time to try to salvage weather stripping and trim AND took the time helping us program a new key code pad/handle. They will also pick up your supplies (including doors) from the store you might order from, if you don't purchase doors directly. Excellent/honest service, competitive fair pricing. We would not hesitate to use Rescom again when needed.

Google5We hired Rescom Door to replace the entry door on our new home and we could NOT BE HAPPIER! The door turned out amazing, and Mark & Dan were so helpful through the entire process. Plus, they installed a storm door which is a great addition to our home so we can enjoy the crisp Michigan breeze this fall. I will continue to recommend Rescom Door to everyone I know. Their service, quality, and pricing is the best in the area!

Google5They came right out last February when I had a broken spring & repaired it while I was at work. I was happy with the work and the price. I just called them back because I noticed a little sag in my door. Dan swung by at his convenience and reset my limit settings. Didn't charge me anything for stopping by. He has a new customer and I will recommend him to all of my friends.

Google5Need work done to your garage door? Call these guys! I'm glad I did. I had a broken spring. They managed to fit me in less than 2 hours after I called. Dan was the man! He got everything taken care of and my door working great in less than 40 minutes. Price was great, too, no mark up on the parts. They've earned repeat business out of me, these 5 star reviews are legit!

Google5If I could give them 10 out of 5 stars, I would!! Rescom is the place to go when you need a garage door and opener installed! I am blown away by the customer service I experienced from Mark (helping me decide on door color) to my perfect installers Aaron and Nathan. These guys know what customer service is about. Nathan and Aaron nailed it when it came to the installation. It's flawless and it's hard to believe it's our door. The old was a hot mess, so this is a welcomed changed. Do not hesitate to call Rescom today!!!

Google5Dan and his crew are just exactly the type of people I love to give my money to in exchange for goods and services. I'm a picky sob and I can be needy. No matter. I called Rescom To replace 2 commercial 12x12 doors which I bought from a different supplier. When my overhead door company of many years left me hanging I asked around and got a referral for Rescom and now I have a new overhead door company. They were fast, safe, no nonsense but respectful and polite, motivated and tidy. And even if they weren't all those things I'd still give a 5 star because the install is just dreamy.

Yelp5Best contractor experience in years...very fair price for very professional service. My call was answered late at night and they gave me a quote right away. The work was done promptly, properly and completed on time. These are honest, hard working professionals that get every detail right. Not high pressure and No hidden extras. In fact, when we discovered one of my door safety sensors was corroded, they installed a new one for free AND gave me new brackets to mount it...how often does that happen!! Lastly, their handwritten thank you note was genuine and appreciated. Try them...you will NOT be disappointed, I promise.

Yelp5When was the last time you received a Thank You note from a business? Dan from Rescom Door sent us one! He called me back within minutes of my leaving a message, and he came out the next morning. He fixed a dented garage door that a day-dreaming teen had backed into from inside the garage. He put one of the dislodged rollers back into the track, and lubricated the whole mechanism. It runs like new now and it's 26 years old! And his fee for all of that was what most service people charge just for coming out, let alone doing anything! He was pleasant and knowledgable. We'll definitely call him again with any more "mishaps" or problems!
