Great! Rick also lubed and service our second garage door While he was here and reprogrammed the outside key pad to work on that second second garage door at no additional cost. Called Rick to discuss replacing two garage doors and openers on my garage. Rick asked me to visit their website and pick out what I was interested in and asked I call him back with the information. Upon calling Rick back with the doors I'd picked out and openers he said he wasn't sure he was interested in the job and that he'd call me back. As you'd guess I never heard back. I spoke to Rick Davis and asked if he installed garage door weatherstripping. Even though weatherstripping is a simple and common garage door accessory he didn't know what I was talking about. I had to explain it to him. He is very difficult to talk to and deal with and is incompetent. I don't see how he could possibly get good reviews unless the customers are clueless. we called on Tuesday, Rick asked some questions and provided a quote to fix the current garage door opener (the board that handled the remotes was likely not working). He also provided a quote to replace it with the Liftmaster model that he installs. We went with the new install which he did the next day. Said he'd be there between 8-11, got there about 8:45 and was done by 9:30 or 10. Part of the original unit was still working fine (seeing eye that determines if something is blocking the door) so he left that in and gave us the part in a box if it fails. Services Rendered: Replaced an old garage door opener with a new one.

technician came but my door was bowed due to prior damage. He could not fix the sensors to operated correctly but offered a temporary solution which worked. He also showed me brochures for replacement of my current door which is wood and gave an estimate with options. A very nice and pleasant but professional technician. Should I decide to purchase a garage door I will definitely consider Affordable Garages. Services Rendered: rewired my garage door opener to work.
