I booked Advantage Overhead by inquiring through Costco. They replied to me very quickly and set up an appointment for an estimate. The price quoted was very fair and I received prompt, informational replies to the questions I asked over email. When the installers came, they were very quick and efficient. The doors are a huge upgrade also. There are some shady garage-door companies, but this is not one. Would highly recommend.
Our garage door spring broke Friday afternoon and Advantage was able to fix it Monday morning. Great, professional service. We were grateful they could get to us so quickly since our door wouldn't open/close with the broken spring.
This is an amazing company. Chris went out of his way to come by and fix my cable that snapped on the coldest day of winter. My apologies for being a little bit late on this review. He was extremely generous for miscommunication regarding the day of it and give a very generous discount that was above and beyond expectations. Really great guy that has an amazing business ethic. Great work done efficiently by a wonderful company. Highly recommended!
Had them install two garage door openers. These guys were great! Very friendly and wonderful service. I would recommend.

Had our spring break on our very old and large garage door. Chris came by that same morning to help my husband get the door open so we could get our cars out. He got us a very affordable quote for a new garage door that morning! Can't wait for the new door to be installed once it comes in. Thanks for your amazing customer service on such short notice. **Update** We had Advantage replace some old wooden doors on a shed on our property. The new overhead door looks fantastic! They left the worksite very clean and completed the project in one afternoon. I would recommend Advantage Overhead Door to anyone.
AWESOME SERVICE! The cables on both door springs had snapped due to corrosion over the years. My garage door was stuck in the closed position. I called Advantage Overhead Door and they dispatched 2 technicians to my house 30 minutes after I made the phone call. They had the door repaired about 30 minutes after showing up. The price for their work was more than reasonable. I also want to add that they were working on probably the coldest day we've had so far this winter (-7deg with windchill) and yet still got the job done with the utmost of expedience and efficiency. I actually recommended this company to my landlord for her other tenants. I would also high recommend them to anybody reading this review. I'm going to close this review by once again saying AWESOME SERVICE!
I have been having trouble with my garage door not staying closed. When I would press the remote, it would close and immediately open back up. This had been going on for months. I consider myself a handy guy, as I tried everything to correct the issue, but to no avail. I had finally had enough, so I called Advantage Overhead Door. The technician arrived and he immediately knew the issue, it turned out that the door pull rope was too long and would sometimes trigger the safety sensors. He tied a few knots in it and all was good. I hope this doesn't get him in trouble, but he declined to charge me even for a service call. This just speaks to his honesty as I was resigned to the fact that I might need a new opener and or door. Great ethical service company, I would highly recommend.

Super job. First met with the owner to decide what door we wanted. We decided on an insulated door with frosted glass panels at the top--understanding that this was not the cheapest option. Took several weeks for the door we had ordered to come it but once it did scheduling the work was no problem, particularly since we wanted to make sure the door was in before winter. The two guys who actually put in the door were very competent and obviously had done many installations before. They were done, tested and gone much sooner than I expected!! Called Chris at Advantage Overhead Door left a message never received a call back so I called back the next day leaving another message from which he called me back. On the call back he was rude and unprofessional. I will not tolerate a person or company that would be this condescending or rude to a customer. I promptly said I was no longer interested and moved on to another company that treated me with respect and professionalism. Services Rendered: Never received a quote.

Called and left a message for Chris the night before when the spring for one of our garage doors snapped. Should mention that a couple of other providers still haven't responded to messages (email or voice). Chris called first in the morning was out and installing the new spring before 9:30 AM. Did the installation quickly, tested all other components of the door, operated it several times and I was on my way back to my office before 10 AM. Thank you Chris! Services Rendered: Chris came out (very quickly I might add) and replaced a broken spring/coil on one of our garage doors.
