Our builder installed garage door failed and we were unable to open or close it. We called around to a few local garage door companies, some didn't bother responding, and others had a month plus long lead times on doors. Dan's Door Service was able to come out and repair it on the spot and give us a very competitive quote for a replacement (repair wasn't a good option due to the damage the door sustained from the opener). When Dan came out to quote us on the work, pointed out why the door and opener failed, then he grabbed his tools and some parts from his truck and got the door running well enough that we could use our garage during the wait for the replacement to be installed. The install of our new door happened quicker than we expected, which was great and now we have a much nicer and door with a properly installed opener that should be trouble free for years to come. Everyone we worked with at Dan's (Sally, Dan, Chad, and Danny) was very professional and polite and they didn't waste our time with upsells. Highly recommend if you need your garage door serviced or a new door installed.

Fast, competent service even with today's delays with shipping and parts availability due to Covid. They kept us informed and our doors were installed pretty close to the date expected. The Installers were professional and friendly. We love our new doors! Highly recommend!

Excellent Service. Key point was I was able to use their interactive website and try a door utilizing my picture. Ability to match door styles, windows and colors was great. Worked with Dan at beginning; great service. In addition he sent his team members out to install my door which were very work orientated. Great guys and the got the job done perfectly!! No other reason to shop elsewhere when you need a door.

I just had an issue with my garage door over my lunch hour. I called Dan's Door service and they sent a tech over and they fixed the door by 1:35. Technician was very friendly and described what happened and showed me his repair. The sales person on the phone was very friendly and acted like I was a priority. I highly recommend them.
The job went great Dan (the owner) came over himself gave me an estimate, then scheduled it and installed it himself. It was a great experience he was fast, clean and polite. I was very happy to have the actual owner install my garage door. Services Rendered: Dan removed my old garage door that had those dangerous springs that stretch back to open garage door. He them installed an insulated garage door with the safer spring that has twisting tension instead.
