I wish ODU would have been our first call... When the tension springs in our garage door broke, the door wouldn't open and my vehicle was stuck inside. I called another company and made an appointment for the next morning (9A-12P timeframe). After they were a no-show, we called to make sure we were still on the list. We were told that we weren't on the list and they were full for the day. My husband found ODU and within an hour or so, they were here and got us all taken care of. Fast, friendly, and phenomenal!!
