I highly recommend this company. We were on vacation and our pet sitter had an issue with the garage door. Although it was not an emergency situation, it was making the pet sitter's job more difficult. I called Rita and she worked with the pet sitter to coordinate a service call. Within a few hours the problem was resolved This was the second or third time we have used them for repair issues, and they have always tried to troubleshoot the issue over the phone before coming out. They are responsive and reasonably priced.
