Had a failure of the belt chain early in the a.m. Called them, they promised service that afternoon. The technician texted me when he was enroute, Ssowed up as promised., door was quickly repaired, lubricated and the other doot inspected and lubricated. All fixed promptly, professionally, with minimal disruption. Great service and value. Thanks!

I am very happy with the service I received from Asheville Garage Door. They rescued me from my garage when the spring broke on my moving day. I went ahead and got both springs replaced, which the guys completed promptly. They also tightened the chain and had it working like a brand new system even though it's an older unit. I highly recommend Asheville Garage Door!

Their team came to our location on an emergency call for a broken roll gate. I asked for a quote to replace and received one within 24hours. Pricing was good. Upon install, technicians were courteous and professional. These guys knocked it out and we are very pleased with their work. Will not hesitate to call them for future needs.

Excellent. About 11am on a Friday, my garage door wouldn't go down. I called Asheville Garage, they said someone would be out that afternoon and fix it. They came around 3pm and were done an hour later. Very courteous and professional. Asheville Garage said they would take of me that afternoon and they did! It's rare these days that a service company answers the phone, says they'll do something, they show up, and they do it as promised.

Just bought a garage door opener to replace an old one that was down to 40-50% function, which means "sometimes working". Very happy with the service from Asheville Garage Door. The person answering our questions on the phone was very helpful in choosing the motor best for the garage door and our convenience. The installer (Jason) was cordial, professional, explained well and demonstrated what to do in case of power outage. (We've got frequent outages.) Over past years, we've used this company for some issues with the old wall pad and remotes. They get us into their schedule quickly and arrive on time, or even a little early. Highly recommend you give them a call.

I called Asheville Garage Door when our garage door spring broke. They were nearby and had great Yelp reviews. They worked me into their schedule, arrived within an hour, and fixed the problem the same day. The garage door has never worked so well. This level of service is a rare thing in Asheville. Great experience, start to finish. I submitted a request-for-service online over the weekend and got a call first thing Monday morning. She initially said they were booked out for a week or so but then was able to find an earlier opening. They showed up a few days later and quickly did the work (replaced the 18-foot gasket at the bottom of the door). Both gentlemen were polite and pleasant. I highly recommend them and will certainly use them for future work.

Asheville Garage Door replaced the motor on our garage door today. It includes the ability to open and close the door with a phone app. After doing an awesome installation job, Jason was so patient with us, helping us to load the app on both of our phones and making sure it worked correctly. We had a lot of questions and he answered all of them. We would highly recommend using Asheville Garage Door for your garage door needs. We used them at our last home and cannot say enough good things about them.

Buford Nalley visited us today to give us an estimate for a new garage door. We recently bought this older home and have spent the last eight months trying to bring things up to snuff. The garage door, this week, died and we have had to manually raise the door. We are both in our seventies and this has been quite a chore. Before I even got home Buford repaired the opener so that the door is working while he and my husband were discussing the issues. Anyhow, with estimate in hand and some TLC for our old door he left, without any pressure to buy NOW. How nice to deal with someone who cared. We definitely will buy a new door from Asheville Garage Door LLC when we are ready. A big shout out to Buford Nalley!

I had a great experience with this company. I backed into my garage door with my car. One company told me that repairing it would be very expensive and recommended a new door ( which is also expensive). Given the cost, we decided to get a second estimate. I did have to leave a message but Rebecca called back the same day and was very helpful. A technician came out the following day and was able to repair the door at a fraction of the cost we had been quoted by the company. It looks and works great. I would highly recommend them.

We heard a loud noise around 11pm Sunday night. After walking through the house we went into the garage to find the cables and spring had broken/snapped. Monday morning, unable to raise the door (after releasing it) we realized that we and our cars were captive (no work today). I called Asheville Garage at 6:50am to see when they opened and left a message. At 8:05 my call was returned (great customer service) and a service tech arrived at our house (in Mars Hill) before 9am! You can't ask for more! Again awesome customer service (immediate call back when opened), quick response (a service tech sent out asap) and we were "released" before lunch. New springs, reset cables, safety check and lube and it's back to work again.....tomorrow. Services Rendered: Held captive by a broken spring on a very very heavy double metal garage door

The company returned my call promptly and scheduled the service for a time convenient for me. They arrived on time, went directly to work, and replaced the broken spring quickly and professionally, replacing the two small original springs with one larger, heavier-duty one which should last longer. They did not try to "upsell" me on any additional work. The door now works fine, perhaps better then it did before. The cost was very reasonable.
