I used Highland Door Company for a new garage door on my home in Hendersonville, NC. Once I placed the order, the door was received and installed within one week. Clark was easy to communicate with, and did a great job on the installation. Would highly recommend him to anybody!

The two garage doors on our 35 year old home were shot and in desperate need of replacing. Clarke and his team provided us with beautifully engineered, fabricated, and efficient german-designed doors that were professionally installed at a fantastic price! I was really surprised. Clarke was excellent to work with; curious, informative, and punctual. I HIGHLY recommend Highland Door Company to anybody.

EXCELLENT !! Clark was courteous, polite and professional on the phone and in person. He quoted $175.00 and that is what the final bill was. He showed up on time; he was very precise in what he was doing. He made sure everything worked properly. Services Rendered: Single spring broke on garage door. I called Clark and he said he had to get his crew set up for another job and he would arrive at my house in two hours. He arrived in less than two hours and immediately completed the work; lubricated everything; made sure everything tested out OK.

Fantastic experience. Our garage door spring broke on a Friday evening and Clark was at our house on Saturday morning! He very clearly explained what was wrong and what needed to be fixed. He was able to get it up and running for us that day, then came back to do a more permanent fix. Easy to work with, knowledgeable, and great attention to detail.

Clark was responsive - he answered my call just after hours to setup the appointment and seemed willing to come out that evening if needed. On the day of the appointment, he was extremely knowledgeable about our garage door system (even though it was not a brand that he sells) and answered some non-related questions that we had. There was no upsell or pressure - Clark was extremely professional and completed the job quickly and at the highest quality. Services Rendered: Repair of broken garage door.

Do not hesitate to hire Highland Door Company! Clark is easy to talk and work with and has an incredible work ethic and attention to detail. My husband and I could not be more thrilled with our new garage door! We've already had two neighbors walk over to comment on Clark's craftsmanship. We recently purchased our first home and the previous door was odd to say the least. Clark spent hours taking the old door down and reframing/installing our new door. He stayed within his original quote even though it took longer than he anticipated. He is trustworthy, kind, talented and his work speaks for itself. We will definitely hire him again if the need arises, and we'll recommend him to friends whenever possible.

Clark did an excellent job replacing the broken springs on our garage door. He was fast and professional and made sure we got the best products and service possible.
