My garage had old wooden doors that were in need of repair or replacement. I called Integrity Garage Doors and my call was answered immediately and a visit was scheduled for the next day. Adam arrived on time and gave me all the options for repairing or replacing the doors. I chose to replace the doors and Adam was able to order the parts and come back to install in less than a week. Adam was great to deal with: very polite, professional, and patient. He was very communicative throughout the process and his prices were fair. All in all the installation went great, and even when we hit a few snags, Adam went the extra mile to make it right. Now I am very happy with my new garage doors! I was in North Carolina helping my 72-year-old sister who had let things go in her house. I called Adam to come and replace the garage door remote and look at the door which was straining. When Adam called to say he was held up in Asheville, I expected him to say he would have to reschedule, but he insisted on driving to Fletcher anyway as soon as he could. Despite the late hour, he was all business and got right to work on the door. But when my sister (a shut-in) engaged him in conversation, he took the time to talk to her and I could see it meant the world to her. Adam is the epitome of kind and polite -- important attributes to me. But he is also very knowledgeable and well skilled. He fixed the door for my sister at a very reasonable cost by replacing the bottom spring. It now purrs.

Adam is great! He replaced my garage door and worked around my schedule without hesitation. When my garage door broke and didn't want to close, he sent someone to come out that same night and close it until the replacement door arrived. Great people!! Adam was called to look at the job of repairing or replacing my garage door. He was extremely forthright, telling me that he could fix the garage door, but it was unlikely to last a year. Exploring options for a new door, he found a reasonably priced door, and returned in 2 days to install it. It is a fine door, and it works well. Sometime later, I caught a gardening fork in the door, and it came off the rails. This happened at a very inopportune time, because I had stored some antiques for a friend. I called Adam right away and explained the situation. As it was getting late in the day, I was concerned about the security of those antiques! Adam explained that he was unusually busy that day, but, despite that, he came about an hour later and fixed the garage door so that it closed. (The antiques are no longer stored in my garage!) I have nothing but admiration and praise for Adam and the manner in which he conducts business. He has a strong work ethic, excellent skills, and a heart for serving people.
