Google5Justin efficiently guided me through the selection process for the appropriate style, finish R-value and openers for my budget to replace (2) 60-year-old heavy non-fxning doors. He is genuine, hardworking and honest. During installation, he and his crew worked well, despite having to clear moving boxes out of the way as well as add brackets and make adjustments for retrofit. My new doors work great and have kept the garage much warmer. Thanks so much Justin!

Google5Justin came within an hour of contact, to assess the issue. This was on a Sunday! Did not make a service charge. He gathered info to replace the broken spring. Said he would call the next morning to give an arrival time. Two and a half hours later he had come, completed the spring replacement (replaced both springs, which made me happy), tested out everything, collected the fee and was gone. Justin is very personable. I feel he is honest and that he knows his business. It was less than 24 hours from the time I sent out the cry for help until the problem was resolved and I was no longer stuck in garage jail! I whole heartedly recommend him and Magnolia Garage. Google5Justin was great to work with, responsive, and affable. He gave good advice on pros/cons of the different doors and motors available. He stored the doors for us until it was time and promptly installed them for us. They work great and are super quiet.

Google5Justin is honest, authentic and very knowledgeable. He saved me a lot of money fixing a 20 yr old ailing door versus replacing it. I highly recommend him and I highly trust him.

Google5We heard a loud pop and scraping sound from inside our house. We finally saw what caused it. The garage door spring had broken in half. We were trapped with both cars locked inside the garage with no way to open the garage door. Justin came right out that very afternoon to get the garage door open and to measure for replacement spring. He came back next day with the part to replace the spring and install. It went smoothly. I am a happy customer and I definitely recommend Magnolia Garage Door Company for any repair or installation of your garage door.

Angi5Justin arrived on time and was knowledgeable and professional. He immediately saw that the doors were missing brackets that should have been included when the doors were first installed. He had a pair of brackets on his truck and installed them immediately. Will definitely hire him again the next time the garage doors need work. Services Rendered: Repair two garage door brackets.

Angi5Justin (owner) answered my call immediately and asked me to send him my contact info as he was finishing up another job. He called back within 30 minutes and we agreed on a price and schedule to get my garage door opener replaced. He arrived at my home within an hour and had the job done in about 30 minutes. Everything is running smoothly with the new opener installed. Services Rendered: Needed my garage door opener replaced.
