Thank you Wayne and Jordan for your very knowledgeable service regarding our broken spring & wall remote that did not work. Everything has been repaired, inspected & door properly tuned up. They are also taking care of a glass pane that had cracked. How pleasant it is to have hard working kind people working on our home. It made our day . We are lifelong customers now! I've got to brag on this whole crew. Great to deal with. The new door they installed is of awesome quality. They were in and out and done before we knew it. Also, this recent rain storm is the first that hasn't flooded our shop in quiet a while. Definitely recommend!

Very prompt and efficient at a fair price. I recently had two springs break on our double wide garage door. It was a Friday afternoon before the long Labor Day weekend. Both of our vehicles were trapped inside the garage. They were able to come within about an hour. So relieved and impressed! Thank you!

Western Carolina Garage Door came the next day after I called. They assessed the problem. Had the parts on the truck. Did the repair in under 15 minutes. Team cleaned up the area and were very professional. They knew how to work in my gated community. Services Rendered: I had a golf cart garage. The spring broke on one side.

Came promptly to look at garage door, the bottom of which had a small amount of rot. They said the bottom panel could be replaced, measured and said they would get back to me. After not hearing for a week, I called and was told they would pull the file and get right back to me. I never heard from them again. It is possible, on an old door, they were not able to provide the right size panel, but it would have been helpful if they had told me this. Services Rendered: see How did it go overall.
