Called Mary at Lake County Door at about 8:30 a.m. on a Monday morning. She had Matt the Technician contact me when he was on the way to repair issue (garage door didn’t close properly). Matt showed up on time, repaired issue, oiled the wheels on my garage door, changed a lightbulb in the garage door overhead opener and reset my keypad. Worth EVERY PENNY for same day, on time, courteous service. Was not expecting that the maintenance issues (oil, light bulb and keypad) would be taken care of as well- without my asking! Thank You Lake County Door and Matt! Will be stopping in in the future to look at new garage doors! Great experience AND reasonably priced!! Services Rendered: Garage door wasn’t closing properly

Went great. Was right on time. Very courteous, didnt mind me watching. Was a very pleasant experience compared to a different company I used last year at a different location. What a nightmare that was. He gave me recommendations on which door openers were better than others available. Was a younger gentlman. You dont see this kind of courtesy and knowledge with much of todays youth. I would highly recommend. Services Rendered: Replaced springs

Review is shown above. Services Rendered: We had a broken spring on the door. L.c. Door came out and gave us an estimate to replace one, or both springs. I knew from previous experience that it is best to replace both springs. We were undecided as to whether we wanted to replace the door with a new steel door, or repair the springs. We opted to replace the springs. Our service tech was outstanding, and did the job in a quick, professional manor. The best part, he gave me a 10% discount for being a veteran! Thank you Lake County Door!

It went great. TJ showed up on time and was able to fix the problem in under an hour. He even went the extra mile of greasing the bearings, which made the door much quieter during operation. The whole process went very smoothly and was handled in a professional manor, I could not ask for more. Well done. Services Rendered: The garage door spring had broken, which apparently happens all the time (who knew!).

My garage door is quite old so it was a little challenging but the technician continued working at it until problem was solved. He also programmed my car to work the garage door which is great! I am very pleased with the service I received. Services Rendered: I needed garage door remotes reprogrammed to a new transformer

Matthew installed a new garage door opener and programmed the keyless entry and our van in about an hour. As we requested, he came early in the morning so we could have the work done around our work schedule. He was very helpful and everything went smoothly. He answered all of our questions. Our new opener runs much more quietly. Services Rendered: Our garage door opener was no longer able to lift the door when fired. At first, Matthew thought it might be a bad gear kit, but that wasn't it. We had been having other issues with the opener, and we knew we were due for a new one.

It went so smoothly! I called and they were able to fit us in later that afternoon. Mike called on his way over. Diagnosed it was a broken spring and recommended that I replace both since they were likely the same age. I also mentioned problems with my garage door opener that we had disconnected. After replacing the springs, he fiddled with the unit, adjusted the laser and other elements. He then helped change the batteries, lights and reprogrammed the entry keypad. Mike was incredibly helpful and patiently answered all my questions. I would definitely recommend them. Services Rendered: My garage door wouldn't open. I thought perhaps a spring had broke.
