Full disclosure, we bought an opener from Home Depot, and this was the company that was contracted to install it. That said, I had a very different experience from the recent reviews. These two gentlemen (I really wish I was better at remembering names) showed up on time, and they immediately noticed that my garage springs were stretched out. They also noted that this might have been the reason that our previous opener failed so quickly. I appreciated the insight and left them to take care of the opener without my hovering. Everything was done in just over a half hour as promised, and when they called me out for the inspection, they also informed me that they had tightened the springs on our door to prevent future damage. This is something that I appreciate. They went the extra mile and didn't even charge us extra. I will be using this company in the future, and I feel like they deserve this recommendation.

Kyle with Top notch Garage Door took my call. I had backed into my garage door. I described the damage to the door and he ask me to send some photos. I did and he priced the repair in a text message.I approved the repair by text and he gave me a time and day for the repair. The repair team called on that day and let me know they would be on the job site in 30 minutes. Just as Kyle had promised. The work was completed on the third day after I called. Job site was left clean and my door is working great. Would recommend Top Notch to anybody looking for professional garage door installation and service at a fair price. Thanks Rj
I was given a time window of when to expect the Rep. Within the allowed time I got a call from the Rep saying he was 15 min out. Rep came and had me open the door. He watched it go up and before it was all the way up, he said I needed new rollers. He quoted a price, I agreed and he went to work. These were replaced, the system thoroughly lubricated, and it runs like new. He looked over the entire system and said it was good to go, and left in about an hour's time. Excellent experience. Rep was courteous, professional, and obviously experienced!
We have been enjoying our garage doors purchased in 2018. After an encounter with our car we found ourselves needing to repair them. Not only did Evan do an outstanding job, but he was friendly, professional and an expert at his job. They were very prompt and right on time as promised. God bless you and Evan!
Top Notch Garage Door is the Very BEST! They came recommended by a friend, and they didn't disappoint. I bought my Genie opener from a local store and needed someone to install it for me. Very happy with everything about Top Notch. Both Ricardo and Kyle were great. Always quick to answer any questions I had. I contacted them after doing lots of research and contacting different shops in the area. I had a unique request. I had standard 7ft high doors and wanted 8ft high doors to clear vehicles with roof racks. They came out and inspected the openings inside and out and then came up with a plan. I also wanted a strong door, with steel on both sides and insulated, with strengthening ribs on the inside....oh.. and jack motors on the sides instead of above so The doors could open up high and maximize the space. They came up with a plan showed me the options and I placed the order. The doors arrived sooner than expected and we set a date for the install. Brick was removed on a Monday, the openings were raised, tie beam moved up and doors installed over the next 2 days by Evan and Earl , they even roughed in the drywall inside since it is a finished garage. Then Wyatt came in and finished the motor install, adjustments and fine tuning. These doors are awesome!! They are smooth and quiet. And I can open them from anywhere with the wifi set up. Everything was worth it.
We ordered doors thru Costco from Top Notch. We started this process in January. We were replacing 3 openers and 3 doors and 2 man doors. The man doors were done in a timely fashion also the openers. The doors themselves were a different story. They just installed the last door a week ago. The doors were custom ordered and came in damaged twice. We had to wait for them to remake and then finally they arrived and were to be installed. This was June. Top Notch came and only installed 2 doors? We had to wait again for the third door. Finally the third door came and was installed but it didnt match the other doors. Again we had to wait to get another panel made. This has been the absolute worst experience! Top Notch has made no effort to try to compensate us for the total inconvenience of this 9 month journey. This was to be done in 10 weeks at most! I had to consistently call for updates and to try to get any information on what was happening. The customer service is sub par at most. We definitely would NOT recommend this business! The install team was fine and did the job each time. But the ordering and customer service was not even close to being acceptable. Lastly we were to receive a 15% Costco card for this order and got a 10%. I have called to enquire but to no avail.
We called Top Notch when our garage door was is need of repair. The technician arrived on time and was very friendly and proficient in his work. He showed us where certain moving parts were wearing more than others and recommended ****************** to prolong the life of our door. Thank you Top Notch for your awesome service!! Called at 4pm got service at 7:30 the next morning. Tech Called 30 minutes before arrival. Found problem that caused spring to break and asked before replacing that bearing. Was recommended by a friend, and I highly recommend them. Services Rendered: Spring broke on garage door

1 star is so generous to this scam company . The worst company I have ever dealt with. From the manager to the technician who came to my home and quoted us and charged us $49 for an estimation quote . I Called back 6 times and waited for days and never heard back from them . I finally got a hold of a manager and placed my frustration of how this transaction has been going thru .I wanted my $49 back and he said no . Run away. ... don't walk. You have been warned

The appointment time was responsive/quick. They came on time and replaced with door within an hour. They were very friendly and professional. The cost was very reasonable and I would definitely use them again. I highly recommend this company, whether you live in Braselton area or outside the area, they are well worth contacting and hiring. I had a garage door made by a "premium/high end" company that had a panel that broke. When I contacted Top Notch they actually told me to call that company since "You won't want to buy that panel from us. I'd have to charge you too much. BUT, if they charge you more then X to replace that panel, then call me back and we'll replace the whole door". Sure enough, after contacting the dealer/manufacturer for the current door, the price to replace the ONE broken panel was almost as much as a new door from Top Notch. After following up with Top Notch, they were able to come as early as the next day (had I been ready). When the installer got here, he was very professional. He explained to me why the old door broke, and showed me how the new door was built MUCH better then the previous door. It was so obvious he really didn't need to even point it out. On top of the build quality of the door itself, the insulation was over twice as thick on the new door. When he was done with the installation (including replacing the track and installing new trim), he cleaned up quite nicely after himself, not leaving any screws or parts on the garage floor. The new door is quieter then the old one, insulates much better, and is built more solid then the old door. I plan on having them come back in a few months to replace the other door I have just because the quality of the new one is so much better! After a "incident" between a Toyota Tundra and our garage door, we were in need of a new door. I looked all over for the best price and at least a few Angies list reviews. ( I also read a few on a couple other sites but if there are no Angieslist, I dont use them). These guys were by far the cheapest and had the same door that I was replacing. They gave me a price over the phone (AWESOME) and did not send out a salesman like some of the others wanted to do. (you need to know your door size which is pretty easy). A nice guy named Chris came out and replaced the door inm a few hours and made sure it was working properly. When everything was done, Chris cleaned up the site and took the old door away and I am VERY happy with this company.. Services Rendered: Replaced a 16 x 7 metal garage door
This company is really top notch. After calling around his prices was the lowest and very fast service. Was out within two hours of calling. Highly recommended.
Top Notch showed up early before the scheduled appointment. I had door springs installed, my garage door is operating nice and smooth now. Then it is time for a new garage door I will be calling them back. The only drawback is they charge an extra 4 1/2 % on credit card charges.
