Yelp5I called Michael on Tuesday morning to look at repairing my 93 year-old aunt's garage door. He was out and diagnosed our problem within 90minutes. It was a broken spring... a very LARGE broken spring... not a stock item and I presumed, special order... He sourced the parts and had us completely repaired by the end of the following day! I cannot recommend this company highly enough! Definitely saved the contact for the next time I need garage door service!

Google5Michael provides amazing service and I will never go anywhere else. He responded to my inquiry instantly and was over to my house on the same day. I called him at 5pm and he was there by 7pm. He quickly fixed my problem and was very thorough in answering my questions. He's very communicative and an all around good person. I am so happy and impressed with the service provided and would highly recommend him.

Yelp5This is the second time I've used Michael. He is professional, responsive, reasonable and knowledgeable. I'm over the top impressed with him. In the past, I've was "taken" by garage door companies...but I trust Mike. You'll be glad you did too!

Yelp5Michael is awesome. We had 2 garage doors fail at the same time. Michael came out the next day and had them up and running as good as new. Michael is professional, prompt, and his prices are great. Highly recommended!

Google5I highly recommend advantage Garage door. He responded very quickly an went above and beyond to complete the repairs in a timely manner . He was great to work with and I felt like he was very honest with me. If I need to replace my doors or repair them in the future, I will definitely call him again.

Yelp5Awesome company! Wish I could give more than 5 stars. I had a self-inflicted mishap with my door yesterday and needed the springs reset in order to be able to open it. Essentially my car was trapped inside. Spoke to Michael, the owner, in the morning and after describing what had happened and also sending him two pics, he gave me a very reasonable quote and said he would be able to get to it in a few hours. And he did! When he came and looked there were no "surprises" and he soon had it fixed and additionally did some further tuning up to that garage door. It works better than it ever had. When I went inside to pay him I came back and he was tightening some bolts that had loosened up on the other garage door. When he was done, I asked do I owe him anything for that and he said " No, I just wanted to make sure it was safe for you" I have had other companies do garage door work for me but Michael is now my absolute go to guy in the future. Use him. You will be thrilled you did

Yelp5Michael took two separate days and several hours to repair not just one of our garage doors, but he also took the time to help us setup our cars to open our garage doors and our gate to our new home. Michael was very patient, knowledgeable, and does great work! He gave us excellent customer service! You truly can't go wrong supporting this wonderful small business!

Yelp5Had used Mike w/Advantage previously and was very satisfied-honest, very fair pricing and did a great job. When my garage door wouldn't open last year, I wanted him that day but he was booked, but assured me he could come the next day. How dumb on my part to be impatient and call another company. Big mistake. Told me I needed a new motor/opener and it would be $749 which I said was too much. Like a car salesman, he called his office to see if he could offer it to me for less, which would at least offset the service call charge. Paid $635 for the least expensive one available. This week, just 9 months after getting the new opener, the chain sounded like it was bringing down the ceiling. Called MIke w/Advantage. The chain was not as it should be; also, when Mike replaces opener, he places new sensors which the other company did not. The worst part-Mike installs the opener I replaced for about $350 AND replaces sensors. That's quite a difference in costs. When Mike left, everything was working perfectly. His charge was less than some others' service fee. Learn from my mistake. Call MIke w/Advantage first! He's the best.

Yelp5I had a great experience using Mike to repair my garage. I called Advantage to get a second quote after calling a different company first. The first garage company spent all of five minutes looking at my door and insisted I needed a new $800 door. Mike responded to my call quickly and came over that same night. He was honest with me and fixed my door that night. It's still working like a charm and I will certainly be calling him back for any future repair needs.

Yelp5This is the second time I've had to call Mike with Advantage Garage Doors ( different issues-one year apart). Thrilled that the service was just as superb! Mike responds quickly, gives accurate ETA's, stocked with exactly what he needed, and fixed and serviced everything quickly, professionally, and at a great price. He leaves the job in great shape, oils everything, and leaves a detailed write up of what was done, parts info, etc. Oh! And.... small detail......this is the second time it's been a late evening call, and he's as gracious about coming to repair as if it was a convenient 10 am job ( instead of the 10-11 pm job it ended up being). Great company and great owner. Highly recommend!!!!

Google5I Had a issue with my garage door not opening or closing all the way. I called This company Advantage Garage Doors for help and he was out the next day on time as he said he would. I could not have asked for a better company. He was very knowledgeable a honest and told me exactly what the issue was which was a worn gear in the drive motor. He performed the work and then did what I thought was above and beyond by servicing everything else along with greasing all moving parts and even cleaning out the cover that hides the Mechanics. That is when I new I found the right company. He easily could have just replaced what was broken and got it working and collected his money. It's the little extras that makes a 4 star service a 5 star service and I give them 5 stars. My gurauge door has not sounded this good in a long time. It used to wake up the whole house and now it's back to sounding like new again. This company does great work and fair pricing. I will be using them for now on when ever I need repairs or replacement in the future.

Google5I called Michael when my garage door wasn't opening properly, he came out that same day and quoted me way below what three other companies had. He took the time to make sure I knew exactly what he was doing and to make sure I was comfortable with the price. I've never met a Moore honest and hard worker! Highly suggest advantage garage doors!

Google5As soon as I got home the garage door feel off the track. I called a few places and got answering machines but Mike at Advantage Garage Doors answered. He was able to come out that night and take care of our issue. He showed up right on time. His prices are competitive and his service is far above what we expected. He was positive and upbeat the whole time and gave us some pointers on how to maintain our garage doors moving forward. We absolutely suggest him for any garage door needs.Thanks Mike!!!

Google5We had a spring break on our garage door a while back and Mike was round in no time to fix it. He won't put cheap China stuff on as he can get the heavy duty stuff for just a little more and absolutely stands by them and his work. He is honest and proud of his work and there is no other guy that could convince me to call them over Mike. We had another issue with our garage door today when due to an error on my part it jumped off the rails and jammed and broke a wheel. Mike was round the same afternoon and had it fixed and took very good care of us as we were a return customer. I can't recommend him highly enough.

Google5I highly recommend Michael with Advantage Garage! I called 2 other local large companies to inquire about repairing my garage door springs. The first tried to sell me a new garage without even looking at my doors, the second wanted $250 per set of springs (ouch!). Advantage Garage only charged $130 per each new set of springs, plus he was at my home the same day (within a few hours of my call). Michael was friendly, professional, and very clear on pricing and dedicated to providing quality service. I immediately felt at ease with his honesty and expertise, and wont hesitate to refer him to my family or friends.
