I had a great experience with Balanced Garage Doors. The springs and cables broke on my mom's garage door in the middle of the night. They were quick to respond the next morning as we were unable to get her car out of the garage. They stabilized the garage door and got the car out the garage while waiting on the new door to arrive. I haven't been able to climb the full flight of stairs to my front door for about a year, so I'm used to entering my home through the garage door, which allows me to take a couple of short flights instead. So when the spring on my garage door broke on a Saturday evening, I thought I'd be stuck in the house for several days, waiting for the spring to be replaced. On Sunday afternoon, I searched the Internet for a local garage door service company and came across Balanced Garage Doors, with a location only a few miles from my home. I was able to book an appointment online for the next day (Monday) between 12 and 4 pm. I received a confirmation email Sunday evening. I received a phone call from Spencer, a garage door specialist from Balanced Garage Doors, Monday at 11:50 am, letting me know that he would arrive at Noon (!). Sure enough, Spencer pulled into my driveway at 12 pm. He had the spring replaced and fully tested in about 30 minutes. Since the door hadn't been maintained in a few years, I also asked Spencer to perform an annual maintenance, which only took another 15 minutes or so. My overall impression of Balanced Garage Doors is that they are true to their commitment to customer satisfaction. I could not have asked for a faster response to my service request - I didn't even mention anything about relying on my garage door as my main entry point to my home - and Spencer was very personable, professional, and knowledgeable. He was able to fix my garage door right away because he had the correct spring on his fully-stocked truck. The price for the repair was very reasonable, too. I will definitely call on Balanced Garage Doors for any future repairs or maintenance needs, and I won't hesitate to recommend them to anyone who requires fast, friendly and efficient service on their garage doors.
Noticed my garage door wasn't working properly. I called them today 1/18/24 got a response someone would be out to help me in about 3-5 hours. Harley was appointed to my home and he was great. He explained what the issue was in detail. Fixed my issues in under 20 mins. Great service. Thank you Harley. Our garage door broke last night, unfortunately. Some of my neighbors recommended this company, so I called them this morning. They came out completed the job to repair it the same day. I had the spring system replaced and a new bracket mounted above the door. The technician Glenn was very courteous and explained everything with pictures and showed me what he was going to do. Heard a coil spring break on Sunday night. Messaged Balanced Doors and got a reply within 20 minutes. They were able to come the next morning. The tech found a couple of hinges also visibly cracked and upgraded to a dual spring so If one breaks the other still provides some assist. Happy to have this fixed quickly.

I just goggled garage door repair companies on the internet. This company was one of the companies that a profile returned. After some investigation I made an appointment with them for a repair. Making an appointment on line was easy and seamless. I received a conformation text/call back promptly to confirm the time and even got a better time slot.
