Monday morning, we discovered the cables had become tangled on our garage door and it wouldn't close. We called Dunwoody Door Lift and Sean was able to come by a few hours later. He quickly fixed and serviced the door. He also educated us about our doors and what we should be doing to care for them. All in all it was excellent service. We will be using them again.

On one of the coldest nights yet, our garage door started to malfunction. I tried to manually close the garage only to cause more issues leaving the garage door stuck. Unfortunately, the office was closed but I followed up the next morning and Sean came out quickly to assess the issue. He was knowledgeable, efficient, and just an all around nice person. He completed the job promptly and for a reasonable price. I am so grateful to have reached out to them on the recommendations of many neighbors. Please support this local business!

Sean came a little earlier than our scheduled time and even though I was busy attending a call, he got to work and replaced the torsion springs on my garage door. He made sure the garage door was perfectly balanced and he also tuned up the other garage door. In the end he was kind enough to program my cars' built in remote controls to open the garage door. Sean also took the time to answer all my questions and gave me a few tips to keep my garage doors functioning smoothly. I highly recommend Dunwoody Door Lift for their professional service and friendly behavior.

Sean was perfect. Actually came early. Vey professional and made sure everything was done correctly. He even saved me money by covering the failed sensors, which Dunwoody Door Lift didn't install, under warranty. Very reasonable price. I have recently used Dunwoody Door Lift for the replacement of my garage door motor and had to spread the word that they are worthy of the praise. Every aspect of the process was easy and professional. Overall the project took about an hour to complete and roughly 500$ in total. Communication and expertise would be what I would say is most important for me when looking for these services and they could not have been easier to deal with and so far the motor is working perfectly!

I rarely right reviews but I wanted to share my awesome experience. Dunwoody Door Lift Co is the 6th company we've contacted in the past 2 months regarding our garage door issue. All five companies said we needed a new door. I called Dunwoody Door Lift Co yesterday and Sean was able to come over today to take a look. I thought he was joking when he said he should be able to repair the door in 10-15 minutes. He wasn't joking. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained the issue and what he did to fix it. Our garage door is working again! Highly recommend!

My opener went on strike. I called Dunwoody Door Lift in the afternoon and they came out in the morning. The tech identified the issue right away (worn out belt), gave a fair quote and was finished well under an hour. He even tuned a few things up and made recommendations that I could do myself like replacing the bottom seal (with a tip about hidden screws on my model). He was super knowledgeable, friendly and very honest - good people - highly recommend.

I live in Sandy Springs and I am a loyal customer of Dunwoody Door Lift. This morning our garage door came off the hinges and we couldn't open the door fully; they put me on their schedule and within four hours they had a repairman at my home to fix the problems. Great value an excellent work!

My garage door wouldn't stay closed and was not adjusting the way it needed to. A tech came out a few hours after I called and fixed it all quickly. He took the time to lubricate the system and give me some tips for future maintenance and sealing. The bill was very reasonable. Highly competent and nice to work with. I definitely recommend!

Overall it went very well. I had to call them back because I was unhappy with the performance of my initial choice of garage door. To my surprise the changed the door maker and only charged me with difference in price. Later with the loss of electricity cause by Irma I had one door that would not open properly. They were out to my residence within the hour and it was a 5 minute fix. Door works fine. Services Rendered: Replace two old garage door openers.
