Fantastic next day service after my phone call when my garage door broke a spring. Price was excellent and the technician was experienced and very professional and showed me several worn out bearings on the spring cables which I asked him to replace, and also the spring on the other side. Wow! IDC Garage Door is FABULOUS! We highly recommend them! A malfunctioning garage door opener timed the close of the door so that as my wife backed out, the top of her SUV caught the door and bent it out-of-shape. She could not see to avoid this, because the door was out of sight of both the SUV's backup camera and her view since it was just timed perfectly to be caught by the upper part of the door. You'll see in the attached photo below that the door looks untouched and, in fact, is in better shape than when we purchased the house - IDC reinforced it and added bolts. We did not have to replace the bottom panel!

I'm a restoration contractor and this company was referred to me by my roofer. They have done an amazing job so far, one fire job with three new doors and one new genie opener. 1 minor repair as a courtesy from us to a good customer and they installed a new opener for my Mom for her birthday. Very fair pricing, good communication and rave reviews from mom on the installer. Highly recommend so far and of course will keep using them!

I have been a longtime customer of IDC Garage Door. They have always provided prompt, excellent service. IDC Garage Door did a fantastic job repairing my garage door... it looks and works as good as new! My garage door opener malfunctioned, leaving the door slightly damaged and inoperable. I was very nervous that I would have to replace the garage door. I called IDC, they were able to get someone out that afternoon.... The technician was very friendly, knowledgeable, and provided me multiple options all for a very reasonable price. To top it all off... he had the materials to make the repair on the spot! The owner of this company provides excellent customer support. If you need a garage door or garage door opener repaired or replaced-you will NOT regret choosing IDC garage!
I really appreciated the fast response and how fast a technician was sent out to resolve my problem. IDC Garage Doors was absolutely the best experience! Owner Susanne Webb was so helpful in directing me to options that were the very best fit for the needs I had. Jared came out and measured the job an estimate was given & presented color options. Jared arrived promptly at the time he said he'd be here. Removed all the doors, tracks, motors and disposed of all used material. After the doors were installed he programed all the the remotes and also set up the MyQ app, which allows you to open and close the doors when you are not home. I waited until my garage door completely failed and then called her to re-quote me. She was so nice and very helpful again. The existing doors matched in size the new doors and did not require removal of the tracks saving some labor. New springs were installed. Taking those doors apart and reassembling others is a process requiring skilled installers and somewhat dangerous. I have little experience with it but though the price was a little high. The removal and installation of the sets of doors was quickly done and without incident. After the installers left I found that one door had a small gap at the bottom after closing and the other door returned to an open position after fully closing. I called the company and an installer quickly returned. Each door required some minor adjustments to correctly close. Services Rendered: Two Existing garage doors were removed and replaced with new ones. The new doors had been purchased separately.

Tangled cable was untangled and rewound on drum. Tension was added to both springs to remove looseness. IDC came the same day I called, told me what the problem was and what they would do, told me the price, I said go ahead, they fixed the problem. They were very professional and, this is July 2020, wore a mask the whole time. I will definitely call again when I need their help. Services Rendered: Cable on one side of door had come off drum and tangled. Cable on the other side was a little loose.

Susanne is super. We have been customers since 2011. Jared came out today to install springs he was fantastic IDC is reliable honest and we will always support Susanne. Nate her husband installed our door in 2011 and he died of a heart Attack a few years ago she is committed to keeping the business going and works hard.
I have used IDC twice and both times they have been fabulous. They are polite, professional, prompt, knowledgeable and reasonably priced. The first visit was to assess my garage door function in the home we had just purchased. One door was significantly louder than the other. Nathan Webb conducted a thorough exam of both doors' function, made a minor adjustment, and said that they were both perfectly fine. No charge. I asked if he could install a keypad for me since our doors didn't have one. He had the product with him and installed the wireless keypad for an exceptionally reasonable price that works better than any of the last four I have had in previous homes. I'm not sure I could have purchased the keypad for much less than he charged me to have one installed. Amazing! The second time was to repair our double door after our teen driver backed into it when it wasn't fully open :-O The door is a solid wood, custom-made door that is crazy heavy. Nathan to the rescue! He came out within a few hours, said that he would replace the dented metal braces first to see if that would allow the bow in the door to resolve itself since replacing the door would be over $3000. If the braces didn't work, he wouldn't charge us for them and we would move on to plan B. Nathan came back the next day with the braces, replaced them in under 30 minutes and voila...the door works perfectly again. Grand total...$360. I wish IDC fixed more than just garage doors. I'd hire them again in a heartbeat.
