Legacy Doors INC, is a company you can trust over the years. Andrew and his crew installed my door back in August 2016. It was an outstanding job. Then in 2019, the door keypad needed a refresh. They came back again and did also an outstanding job. Today, on January 2024, I call them because my garage door was not closing all the way down. Andrew took care of the problem in a way that was quick and very cost effective. Hello Legacy, Today our garage doors are one year old. Just wanted to say they are perfect. The job you did installing was excellent and the doors are beautiful.Probably the best thing I have done around here in the 25 years of owning this house.
When my garage door suddenly came apart, I asked around and was lead to this company by several reviews from friends. The owner, Andrew, came out quickly, fixed the issues, and even tightened up and cleaned up several things that the installer didn't do a very good job of. He worked very quickly, and we haven't had a problem since. He even programmed our access panel and let me know about some things we could add should we choose to make the unit 'smarter'. His price was very reasonable and I would definitely use him again.
They did really good and gave the reasonable estimate for the job. Replaced minimum parts needed and we are very pleased with the job done. Services Rendered: Our garage door frame and hinges got messed up when the car was backed with door opened. Needed the frame of the garage and hinges fixed.

Excellent company....excellent service!!! I have used this company twice to fix problems with my garage door. They are always accessible, immediately responsive, and never try to upsell me. In fact, I called once to get a new battery for the door and they stepped me through how to replace it myself and avoid the cost of a service call. They are the only people I will use now for our garage door service. I highly recommend them.
They did a high lift conversion for me, so I can install a 4 post lift in our garage. Arrived on time. Did a good job for the price quoted. Nice guys. What's not to like? Yep, I'ld use them again .
Great work! First, I called around to get quotes and while theirs was as competitive as others, I could tell over the phone that these guys were straight shooters. Josh and Andrew came out and efficiently replaced the broken unit in under an hour. They did the work as quoted, no surprises, no upsell and they took the time to explain how and why they made certain install choices. Highly recommend them if you need an alternate to other options.

I had assumed the door would have to be replaced entirely, and was concerned about cost. Andrew and Josh offered good options for both replacement and (thankfully) repair. they were able to replace all hinges and add a new support spar, work which they completed in roughly 30 minutes, and the door works amazingly well. I believe it will last a long time before full replacement is needed now. I had quotes from two other vendors. only one other offered a repair option, but their strategy for repair was not as good. in general they were not as "slick"as other vendors, but were extremely knowledgeable and prompt and saved me a considerable expense. I would not hesitate to use their services again. Services Rendered: we had a very broken large garage door (multiple broken struts, screws backing out of hinges, general rough operation)

They were on time and professional. Since it was a very minor repair that took less than five minutes, I was disappointed I was charged a full fee... especially since I have referred other clients. The spring on my garage door broke - but I had a lifetime warranty on it by the company that replaced it a few years ago. I called the number on the invoice and the person who answered identified the business as Legacy Garage Doors. Still a garage door company, same number, new name. When I told him what had happened, I was told that it was repaired by his father-in-law's company and they were out of business. Josh told me when he repaired the spring years ago that I had a lifetime warranty. Now i am told that since THAT company was out of business it was not valid. He did offer to give me a quote. So you refuse to honor my warranty but you want me to hire you again? I don't think so.
Wow, such a great experience! They took care of every detail, made a couple recommendations for maintenance beyond the broken spring, but with no pressure at all. They were quick and very reasonable. I would highly recommend them.
These guys are great. I found them off Angie's List and am making it a priority to give them an AWESOME review on every platform possible. The spring broke on our garage door last night, so early this morning I called them and was able to somehow book them for later this evening to come repair. I did not expect a same day service call at all, but was so glad when they said they could come later this evening and then called back to say they could come earlier than that because they were way ahead of schedule. I spoke with Andrew about the issues that needed to be fixed and he was very fair, honest, and real about options. I didn't feel pressured at any time, and when I made the repair decision (even though it was the cheapest way out) I didn't feel judged, or feel like the work was compromised in any way. Both of the gentleman (brothers) were pleasant, trustworthy, and did great work. They know their stuff. I would recommend them again in a second. Their pricing is very competitive, and they even allowed me to use an Angie's List coupon I saw when I paid- and they were happy to apply it. Who does that anymore?!?! Just all around great experience with them- thanks guys!
