Great experience. I had another company at my house that quoted $1,200 for repairs. I video chatted with someone from Liberty who took a look and gave me a preliminary quote for $500. I purchased a new garage door opener last year. Liberty has honored its warranty and sent professional staff out then when I have requested. The last rep who came was Quentin (Q). He was very knowledgeable and resolved my concern (which happened to be a user error) promptly.

The technicians were easy to work with and were able to make things right when the garage door panels were defective by switching them out and answering all my questions.
