I had them come out and fix dock door off track. tech's came out and fixed door within an hour. Was invoiced and emailed within minutes of completion. However, was charged twice. After multiple calls, I've yet to receive a credit back. I did finally receive a call back today, after spent my time on the phone trying to get an answer and positive result. However, I haven't received credit or so much as an email confirming this has been done. Was advised that I should receive credit back in a couple weeks. This is the same words I was told a month ago when I first called. So in my experience, they can fix a door, invoice, and email, quicker than running a credit card number to issue credit. makes you wonder WTF???? Does their credit card machine and email system not work? Perhaps they should move a few tech's into the office. Mind you, everyone I've dealt with has been polite and courteous, which is great. I guess...My credit company still wants me to pay regardless...
