We had a very good experience when we had to replace our garage door. The company immediately sent Jack out and he was very helpful in all aspects of preparing the way for the installation. Then Craig came and installed the door. He was also highly professional and a pleasure to work with. I happily recommend this company.
Everyone I spoke with were very friendly and professional. Starting with Jason, he made feel like I made the right decision to have Precision do my repairs. Ending with Robert, he was very nice, respectful and efficient. He had a beautiful smile. I will definitely recommend them. The cost was the best out of 3 estimates.
I paid a down payment on 3 doors on 1/10. I have yet to receive a call about scheduling install. I've tried calling main number several times and was told someone would call me back from the local location. No one has. I was also told it was a 1 week lead time when I ordered it. We don't have an operational door and it is ridiculous the poor communication. I would never recommend this company.
Updated: my door (two years later after last review) began sticking when rising. Precision came out again right away. While it was our hardware on the outside of the door sticking on the weatherstripping , the tech suggested getting the door and motor tuned up, which we did. Again, fast response and service. --------------- Spent more than I wanted or expected. Not the fault of precision door, but the cheap parts the contractor used in building this house. So while I was feeling I was being up-sold, the technician showed me the need for each part he recommended be replaced. And I was given a discount on the other work. So more than I wanted to spend, but am confident the door mechanics will last many more years now. The tech was polite, knowledgeable and worked quickly. Precision came the next day after my call, unlike another company that couldn't get me on their schedule for 5 days. I recommend this company for your garage door needs and would happily hire them again myself -- except I don't expect I'll need to.
Made an online appt, was very easy. Salesperson was on time and listened to what I wanted. Gave me an estimate and was accepted. Guy who did the install Worked efficiently and effectively. Was very happy with completed job!!
I was trapped inside of my garage because my garage door was broken. Anthony came for an emergency visit at around 10pm and fixed the problem within 15 minutes. He was kind and educated me about the whole process. It was a great experience! I highly recommend!
I called Precision to install a new garage door opener. I scheduled an appointment for a Monday between 2pm and 6pm. I received a call from Anthony at 1:05 asking was it ok to come earlier because he was 13 minutes away from my house. ABSOLUTELY!! (That never happens) He came and finished removing and installing the new opener within 25 minutes!! He was extremely fast. He also noticed the belt needed to be tightened on my other garage door opener and did so without extra charge. The price was very reasonable. I'd definitely recommend them and will use them again in the future.

Dustin showed up on time, did a thorough maintenance check and very simply described his findings. The repairs that were needed were done quickly. Overall, a great experience. Services Rendered: Replace a broken spring. Also, had to upgrade drums as they were too small for size of garage door. This caused too much tension on the cables that needed replacing as well.

We called Precision because they are authorized dealers and repairmen for our particular opener. the guys arrived on time. They were friendly and pleasant. I explained the problem with the opener. He checked the opener and determined the motor was bad and needed to be replaced. New units were available on his truck for $499 or $799 depending on which was chosen. Our opener/motor was two years old with a lifetime warranty. We called the manufacturer and confirmed the unit was under warranty but the Precision rep explained they don't repair the units - they replace units. We decided not to replace the unit - Precision did not charge us and left. We had the unit repaired with an $8 part. The motor was not bad only a gear needed to be replaced. Fred was the technician who did the replacement work today. His quality of work is second to none. He was punctual to begin with, called exactly 30 minutes before arrival and just by looking at the way he went about with his work with extreme diligence you as a customer knew you were in good hands. Wish there was a 7 star available to rate Fred. He cleaned every bit of waste which was generated including some which were already before he had arrived & ensured that there was no pointed stuff lying anywhere. The garage doors just got installed today and I had to provide the feedback right away else these things get sideways. I am sure his work will hold up for long & I want Precision to retain such guys forever. Excellent! The tech, Jeremy Bojkovsky was on time, able to quickly diagnose and make adjustments to the door/springs that fixed the problem. As a side note, I had purchased my garage door/Operator from Precision originally (after collecting/comparing against 4 other quotes) but forgot to leave a review at the time. Everyone I have dealt with at Precision from initial purchase through ongoing maintenance/servicing has been honest/professional/reliable. I used this company today to fix the garage door opener. Repair man told me to replace the opener that is only way. He suggested 3 options and lowest option is to change the opener. He told me that price is around $920. I thought that is so expensive. Finally he offered $800. After replacing the opener, I searched on Google and found that I paid $600 for the labor charge for 1 hr job. It is a scam. I will never use this company again and would tell my friend and company coworker and church member and people in my community and subdivision member. I thought that it was great until the next morning. I went to work and it was not working. They had to come back out. They did how ever I was not pleased because they didn't do it right the first time. I also reached out to discuss my concerns with a manager. No one has contacted me yet.
