I have a single two car garage door that literally came off the rollers and was just hanging over the cars. Couldn't close so the entrance to my house was exposed. At 11:34 pm, I called Marco to get an early morning appt to repair it. He said he would come now. He rang my doorbell at 12:05 am, repaired it, my son paid for it (less than $200) and he was gone by 12:30 am. He was nice, professional and straight forward. I highly recommend Marco for any garage door servicing.
Appointment process was easy. Tech gave me a call advising me of anticipated arrival time. Arrived on time. Performed the requested work. He was professional and knowledgeable. Village Park Doors provides excellent service. Marco did an amazing job correcting a shabby job that was done by a previous contractor years ago. He provided weather stripping to seal the doors and replaced my springs. He's a professional and an expert at his craft. He's efficient and I highly recommend him.

Throughly enjoyed the whole experience with Village Park Doors!! Marco is amazing, friendly and professional. I spoke with him on Monday 8/21, he was able to schedule my garage door replacement for the very next day. He showed up during the allotted time window he gave me and got right to work! I destroyed a friend's garage door so needed it replaced. Marco was very courteous and helpful. He came over to do the estimate at 9pm and after we selected him the next day, he completed the installation the afternoon of the third day, leaving the area clean. Great job!
We needed someone to come fix our garage door and my husband stumbled across this wonderful company! Our garage door just wasn't responding to the remote or opener so I suspected it was the wiring. My husband looked through Yelp and got a quote from Village Park Doors. He didn't have to call the business as everything was done through Yelp. He estimated the total cost to be $130 and told us that he will arrive between 2-4 pm the following day. At about 2 pm, we got a message that he is on his way and lo and behold, he arrived 30-40 mins after sending the message. It was a quick fix and he was in and out in less than 45 mins. What he quoted us was the cost of repair.

Excellent service. I'm always glad to find repair companies that provide prompt service and don't make me feel like they're overselling repairs and services. I came home Friday to find that my garage door was in a never-ending loop of opening and closing. Called Village Park Doors the next day and they sent someone out within about 3 hours of me reaching out to check out the problem and provide an estimate. The technician explained what was going on with my garage and what needed to be fixed and things to consider later on down the line because I have an older unit. Garage was repaired in about 30 minutes. Greatly appreciate the prompt and thorough service, I'll definitely reach out to the again and recommend them to others.

Marco came out to my house which had recently been purchased to inspect the seal on the garage doors. He checked everything out and advised me it probably would not be worth replacing the seal and they looked very good. Did not pressure me to buy anything or use his services... How often does that happen? He said thank you so much and please give me a call or let your friends know if they ever need anything with their garage doors. Will definitely use this company in the future! Honesty and integrity go a long way.
