Google5Bought at least 4 garage openers from them . One needed a new circuit board recently and it didn't stay working and they made it right and quickly . The techs are great and listen and help

Google1Called twice, once a week for 2 weeks before I finally got a call back about my closet. The gentleman then told me he was very busy and would have to call me back some other time before he could even schedule a time to come out and look at our closet. Why even call me? That was last week. So my impression is if you are wanting closet work done I would look elsewhere where they at least have the time to put you on a schedule to look at your closet.

Google5Great service from ADS. They replaced 2 openers and serviced my doors. The service techs Scott and Kaine were very professional. Highly recommend!

Google5After contacting another company, being promised a return call to set an appointment, which never occurred, I contacted ADS. I called them AT CLOSING TIME. The OWNER answered the phone and scheduled a technician. I received a confirmation call from the tech later that day, and he arrived AS SCHEDULED. 45 minutes later, my repair was complete and the garage door works flawlessly. As an aside, ADS installed the overhead doors on the RESIDENTIAL garage and the OUTBUILDING in the past. NOTE TO SELF!!! Call Auburn Door Systems for your Garage/Commercial overhead door needs!

Google5They have always been great when they come to my house. If I have an issue within a few days they are right back out getting me fixed. My MIL just had an issue at her house she called yesterday 6/26 at some point and they said they are backed up but would be out within a few days. They called her just a few minutes ago and said they would be there in 30 mins. Thank you guys so much.
