After contacting another company, being promised a return call to set an appointment, which never occurred, I contacted ADS. I called them AT CLOSING TIME. The OWNER answered the phone and scheduled a technician. I received a confirmation call from the tech later that day, and he arrived AS SCHEDULED. 45 minutes later, my repair was complete and the garage door works flawlessly. As an aside, ADS installed the overhead doors on the RESIDENTIAL garage and the OUTBUILDING in the past. NOTE TO SELF!!! Call Auburn Door Systems for your Garage/Commercial overhead door needs!
