Google5Excellent professional highly efficient service! I called and within 2 hours the spring was replaced and my garage door works again! Our service tech Courtney was so professional, friendly and competent! Highly recommend this company!!

Google5Service guy texted me when he was on the way. Very polite. Showed me the broken part and then stated what the part would cost with the service call. Very nice service tech. Yall should buy him lunch and make him feel appreciated.

Google5I am not the kind of guy that typically writes a review or praises a company, but the job that this company did on my garage door merits it. The spring on my door broke and as a result the handle that lifts the door caused the door to start to tear due to the force with which it was pulling. The ingenious way that they fixed this insures that it will never happen again. They also correctly sized my springs for my door. The last company I used installed springs that were smaller than those recommended. Trust me, if you have a problem with your garage door, this is the company you want to call!

Google5My garage door had never been serviced in it's 14 years. I'm the new owner. River City service was exemplary. The office communication was on the mark. Courtney, the tech performed all needed repairs and also tightened and adjusted all parts. VERY SATISFIED!
