Great customer service!! Mr. Johnson came out as scheduled, polite and knowledgeable. Completed needed repair at a fair price, without trying to tack on unnecessary service fees. ALSO, provided education AND demonstrated emergency access (truly did not have to do that). Call Access Garage Door!!

I could not be happier with the services provided by Michael and Juan. The before and after pics are shared to illustrate their attention to detail and attentiveness of my desires to repair my damaged garagedoor. If you're in the CSRA and looking to replace or repair a garage door, Access Garage Door should definitely be your first phone call. AGD has my strongest recommendation!!!

My garage stopped working, wouldn't open or close. Mr. Mike called and when he found out that my vehicles were trapped, he came out immediately!! Mike was very professional, knowledgeable, and within one hour, had repaired my garage door. Also his work was excellent!! Reasonable prices, Access will get my business

Talked with Michal and got a great estimate for my garage door repairs. The next day I got a great job installer, John did an outstanding job fixing my 2 garage doors. Couldn't have picked a better garage door service and repair company.

My garage door torsion spring on the left side snapped and caused my door to be inoperable this morning. After realizing the parts had to be ordered for DIY, my husband reached out to Access Garage Door and received a reasonable quote and next morning appointment for repair. The technician called back within minutes to advise that he could come by tonight and repair since he was minutes away and within an hour or less we had both springs replaced, gears oiled, system checked and back working properly. Thank you so much, Michael Johnson, for the quick, courteous and professional service rendered. I highly recommend you give Access Garage Door a call for services; you will not be disappointed.

We recently moved and for months our garage door wouldn't go down flat. There was a gap on one side. When it rained water would come through the gap. I tried to fix it myself but had no luck. A few days ago Access Garage Door installers were working a few houses away. I spoke with them and just a few hours later Michael turned up to fix the problem the right way. Later we had a totally different problem with our opener. Michael's team handled it quickly and professionally. They're nice people who know their stuff and don't overcharge. You won't go wrong calling Access Garage Door when your garage door misbehaves.
