Great service! Had an issue with my new purchase. Precision came out the next morning. My service tech, Justine, diagnosed the problem in minutes. In and out! Now my garage is fixed and I can safely come home from work tonight! Thank you Justine! Thank you Precision!

Austin came out to inspect my garage door and was very polite and help educate me on how a garage door properly functions. I trusted his opinion enough to go ahead and purchase a whole new door. Communication with this company was outstanding and I recommend them highly.

I highly recommend Precision!!! They were able to come out the same day and even headed to me before the quoted time. Austin was very professional and explained exactly what my issue was (broken spring) and gave two options for me to pick between. I'm happy with my service and I'll call again for any future issues!!!!

My garage door has been acting up for a couple months and I finally got tired of it! I called, the next day the gentleman came on time (!), and was in and out in 30 minutes. Professional, competent, and explained everything before starting. Great experience- I would recommend Precision to anyone.

The initial guy, Mr. Justin Waller did a fantastic job explaining what I would be getting, as I selected my choices for the new garage door. The installation crew was not as diligent, but once I informed Precision of the discrepancies, Mr.Justin Waller came out and made corrections to which I am now pleased. Kudos to Mr. Justin Waller, an outstanding salesperson and worker. He was very respectful, knowledgeable, and professional. Thank you!

Justin from Precision Garage Door Is Amazing! Professional, courteous, friendly, and very knowledgeable! I'm so thankful that Justin was the representative who came to my home! Fastest garage door ever ordered! Pros: Within 5 minutes of contacting the Precision Garage Door website for a quote, they reached out! Pros: Ease of making appointment! Pros: Appointment reminder emails and text messages! Pros: On time! Pros: Outstanding professional (Justin) who was very kind, caring, asked questions, and listened. Justin is a phenomenal representative of Precision Garage Doors! Pros: Brought examples of the products. The Price: It is what it is. You get what you pay for. I ordered an insulated 16x7 HAAS 2000 Solid...it comes with a new motor, drive, brackets, surge protector, two remotes, and keypad. Cons: NONE! I highly recommend Precision Garage Door of Augusta! I hope you get Justin! Note to Precision Garage Door: Sit with Justin and ask him to be one of your trainers or promote him to an executive level. He has wisdom, kindness, and knowledge that should be shared. Someone trained him right!

These guys are truly exceptional. Mike, Travis and Ryan are very friendly, professional, they communicate well and at the same time super-efficient. Their prices are significantly lower than the other estimates that I received. I feel that there is so much value for the price that I paid. The doors came fast considering that I wanted a specific elongated and tinted windows for the top panels. They immediately scheduled me for the install upon its arrival. I am highly satisfied with how the doors came out and without any reservation, I recommend Precision to everyone. Precision is Precisely What You Need! I didn't know it was possible to fall in love with a garage door! But yes this is just what happened. I determined I needed a new garage door but where to start? It is not like we have lots of experience to draw upon when making this purchase. My journey started with the call to Precision Door Service - talking with their courteous customer service staff led to a prompt appointment with Ryan to design just the door for my style of home. He patiently reviewed the many options for a door that was not only functional but also an enhancement to the appearance of my home. So many options are reviewed from composition, color. insulation, window style and ornamentation. He took great care to be sure I was satisfied with the final design without pressure or a rush to make the decision. There is excellent communication through the company as the door is ordered, delivered and then scheduled for install on a day and time meeting my requirements. The technical crew arrived as scheduled on installation day. This team worked together to remove the old door and engineer a superb fit for the new door. The crew of technicians included Kent, Mike and able assistant, Travis. I cannot praise them enough for a job well done. They worked meticulously to remove debris and thoroughly test each component of the new door. I was delighted to come out and see the finished product and could be more satisfied with the result. The final step was to run through the operation in both automatic and manual mode. The care this crew takes to make sure the customer is satisfied and the pride they take in a job well done are so evident. Services Rendered: Replace and Install New Double Garage Door
